Beautiful downtown Riad. Located two minutes from the Royal Palace and Avda Mohamed V. Building of the XVIII century composed of three floors and terrace with 360º views. It has 5 rooms with bathroom and 1 with bathroom in front, Arab salons and kitchen. It's a beautiful house inside the medina. The ground floor has a central patio, around which there is an Arabic living room with arches, a room with ceilings of 5 meters high with its bathroom, a WC, living room and traditional fountain. On the first floor we have a room with bathroom in front and Arab salons around a balcony overlooking the central courtyard on the ground floor. On the second floor we have four rooms with bathroom inside, a kitchen and an Arab living room that looks like three of the rooms, to a small terrace. And finally, on the third floor, a terrace with a beautiful view of Tetuan and its mountains.
