Beautiful downtown Riad. Located two minutes from the Royal Palace and Avda Mohamed V. Building of the XVIII century composed of three floors and terrace with 360º views. It has 5 rooms with bathroom and 1 with bathroom in front, Arab salons and kitchen. It's a beautiful house inside the medina. The ground floor has a central patio, around which there is an Arabic living room with arches, a room with ceilings of 5 meters high with its bathroom, a WC, living room and traditional fountain. On the first floor we have a room with bathroom in front and Arab salons around a balcony overlooking the central courtyard on the ground floor. On the second floor we have four rooms with bathroom inside, a kitchen and an Arab living room that looks like three of the rooms, to a small terrace. And finally, on the third floor, a terrace with a beautiful view of Tetuan and its mountains. Mounir and Abdul stay in the Riyadh and can help with everything you need, where to go, where to change money, what to see in the medina... If not, we can also advise online. Taxis are the cheapest way to get around. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, as it is a pedestrian and dead-end street, the people who pass by are only the neighbors. These are very friendly and willing to help. To move around the old Medina or downtown Tetuan on foot, as we are in the heart of downtown. To go to the beach by taxi. There is a possibility to have a person to take care of guests all day. Whether for cooking, shopping, cleaning or accompanying excursions. The price would be 10 or 15 euros per day depending on the number of guests.
