Really great place for a small group. Comfy, clean, and only 15ish minutes from CB resort. Matt was excellent - would stay again.

This cabin is in a lovely, peaceful, secluded (without being isolated) location. The location is VERY convenient to Mt Princeton hot springs. It is rustic (not “updated”), with an amazing stone wood-burning fireplace. There was a fire already built in it when I arrived - all I had to do was light it! The cabin was very clean & has a fully stocked kitchen. Very thoughtful touches, like fresh flowers, beach towels to take to the hot springs, breakfast treats, even yoga mats & an espresso maker! There is a large heater in the main room & space heaters in the bedrooms that work well. The floors can get a bit cold. Bring slippers if you come during the colder months. The beds were comfortable with cozy flannel sheets, down comforters & quilts. The owner was extremely responsive & helpful. Highly recommend.

Great location to monarch mountain for a ski weekend. Very comfortable cabin with plenty of sleeping and relaxing space. Great little town, lots of dogs and people walking around and everyone very friendly. We can’t wait to come back in the summer for hiking!

Wonderful experience staying at Melissa's cabin! it was spacious and fun for the whole family, with an interesting layout. It's remote enough that it's peaceful and quiet, but the trading post nearby has essentials if you forget something. Monarch mountain is about 20 minutes away, Gunnison about 30 minutes, the outdoors are everywhere. Overall a wonderful place to spend a few days or a week! Thank you!
