Natalie’s airbnb was a life saver for my family during a power outage nearby at our house. I couldn’t have picked a better place to be. This airbnbs location was perfect with a close proximity to the beach. They also provided beach toys and a wagon for easy transport. Another favorite about this place was the amazing backyard. This was the perfect spot for kids and hanging out, perfect for families. The grocery store was another great thing because it was so close and easily walkable. Thank you for the memories!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Cute little cottage near the beach. Quite walkable to the beach and state street. Comfortable. Probably wouldn’t recommend cooking a large dinner in the kitchen but great for morning coffee (bring your own as all he has is a pod system). Awesome Mexican market with some of the best guacamole I have ever had right around the corner.

Thank you so much for hosting me at your beautiful apartment. The stay was very comfortable and quiet. I loved how the complex was gated which made me feel more secure with parking my car. Oscar was really nice and helpful the place was absolutely wonderful and clean exactly what we expected me and my family couldn't ask for anything better I would recommend him i thank him for all he's help and support he gave me and my family the neighbors are really nice as well and oscar accep my emotional support dogs him and hes family made us feel at home

I had a wonderful stay at this location. The apartment was clean, well decorated, had all the amenities we would need, a very comfortable bed, and a very cozy. Jason was a very communicative host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 1 bedroom suite has so much vintage charm but kept in top condition with all the luxuries one could want for. Great water pressure, instant hot water, uninterrupted wifi, luxury bedding and furniture - we were super comfortable, the location was excellent - very walkable to shops/restaurants/beach. We drove up from Los Altos, parking was easily available. My family reports that they would happily stay here again when we visit next.

I absolutely loved this place!!! There a few little issues w/ toilet handle (would continue running if you didn't handle gently) and door handle on a bedroom by the kitchen would come off because not screwed in tightly. The bedrooms were spacious and the back yard was stunning. We had a big group and enjoyed the space. I would definitely would come back!!!

Judy was a wonderful host. The house was absolutely gorgeous and just what I needed for this trip. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There's lots of restaurants nearby and it was a 5-minute drive from where we would be working at. Overall, a wonderful experience and would highly recommend booking a stay at this house.

Great location for seeing downtown Santa Barbara and State street on foot or bike, with easy access to the 101 or other routes to mountain/beach destinations. We really enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space too.

3 minute walk to the beach! Great for our family with a 4 year and 1 year old. No stairs, enclosed yard and open floor plan.

Place is even cuter than the photos. Very spacious, nice outdoor area and good location close to Ojai activities.

The location is fantastic and the outdoor spaces are great. The bathroom being in a bedroom is not ideal, but the place was exactly as described. Christine was communicative and check in was easy. We would stay here again.

Mark was an angel. We were forced to evacuate due to the fires in Los Angeles. Mark was highly communicative, caring, and generous. He allowed us to check in early due to our dire circumstances and maintained the utmost professionalism as we dealt with this relocation. The Airbnb was spotless & so stunning. So grateful. Cannot wait to come back under better circumstances.

We had a very comfortable stay at Izzah’s place. She was helpful right from day 0 with accommodating our request for early checkin to providing answers to our queries in a timely manner. We initially had some issues with heat but was resolved. Though she did say Dryer was out of service but in month of December with cool air and limited sunlight in the outdoor space, drying took time. Otherwise we enjoyed our time in LA and would like to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, we loved that it was close to beach and to our son's military base. The pictures were exactly what the place looked like. William is a great host and communication was excellent. We enjoyed having the kitchen to be able to prepare home cooked meals for our son. Would definitely recommend this place and should we ever get this way again, we would definitely stay here.

Loved location. We did buy a few foil 9 x 13 pans to cook in. Plus I bought some of my own favorite kitchen tools. I did buy a smaller cutting board. But the kitchen had several items.

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Our recent stay at this Airbnb on the third floor was nothing short of exceptional. Over the course of more than a week, we were continually impressed by the serene ambiance and views of Port Hueneme Beach and the Pacific Ocean. The unit itself was well-furnished, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them on the balcony while soaking in the panoramic views. Waking up to the sound of the humming birds was a highlight of our mornings. The location was perfect for those looking to explore the local area. Being so close to the beach, we spent hours walking along the sandy shores, enjoying the sunsets, and indulging in beach activities. We very much enjoyed our stay. The accommodations and location worked out great. The beach is a few blocks one direction and downtown Carpinteria with restaurants and stores is a few blocks the other way. Lots of things to drive to do like hiking, a seal sanctuary, and Santa Barbara and Ventura are a short drive away. It wasn’t a big deal but the only surprise was that the place was heated by space heaters and we had to get used to that. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Lots of parking spaces.

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.
