Nice place in a quieter part of town, but still walking distance from a lot of nice restaurants. Comfy bed! One thing to note is the ground floor is a tailor shop which can be a bit awkward during the day as you have to walk through the shop to go upstairs to your room. Also the staircase is quite narrow so it can be a bit challenging to climb them if you have a big backpack or suitcase.

This serviced apartment is excellent. It was well tended and service was fantastic. The housekeeping and in-house laundry service were included in the rental price. Staff here is friendly and helpful. If you need to be close to nightlife or the central business district, this particular building is not where you will want to stay; Hannah has other properties closer to District 1. If, however, you are looking for convenience, quiet, and a professional efficiency apartment, I highly recommend this place.

My stay at Trang’s place was great. It was super spacious, with a full closet, bathroom with laundry, a kitchen space (first time cooking on this trip which was exciting!), and a really comfy bed. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper, soap, or shampoo when I arrived, but when I asked about laundry detergent, Trang delivered it really quickly which I appreciated. The kitchen was missing a few basic things like plates, but it did have a good variety of pots and pans and unlimited drinking water. In terms of the area, it’s located down a very local alley in a nice part of the city. I liked the neighborhood a lot, but just a heads up, the Airbnb is directly beside a school, so in the mornings it can get loud with the school kids. That said, the evenings were peaceful and quiet, which was more important to me anyway. Lastly, as a remote worker, having solid Wi-Fi and a proper desk setup was key. The desk was great and the Wi-Fi was even better. Overall, I had a great experience!

We had such a lovely stay at Ben’s place! The check-in was smooth and simple, and Ben was an amazing host — super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The room was exactly as pictured: cozy, full of natural sunlight, with windows all around. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom even had a beautiful view (Landmark). We especially loved how the location offered the best of both worlds — just behind the busy area, yet tucked in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
