Very clean, the cleaners work hard. Very bright, a window on the entire wall. There are also large curtains. The window, or rather the glass wall, faces the street and there are special bars so that no one can see you, but you can see the street. It is very convenient. The room is in excellent condition, nice renovation. All the staff are friendly and nice people. They provide free water. But you need to leave the room and pour it from the cooler into a carafe. They also have the option of putting the entire cooler for you, this is an additional service that costs $1.5 for 20 liters of water, which is very cheap and I ordered it. Water is a very big plus for this place. There is a great restaurant 20 meters away, not expensive but very tasty. There is a store 10 meters away, open 24/7.

The place was great overall. Away from the boulevard so very quiet. It's not a problem as long as we respond to the client's request but I never knew who I was messaging, sometimes it was Tuan, sometimes his sister, sometimes another member of his family... but they found a solution or an answer to my questions without difficulty👍. there's just one bad point: the mechanism to automatically fill the toilet flush was almost completely clogged by limestone, but fortunately in Vietnam there is always a water gun with the toilet, so I manually filled the water tank in 40 seconds with the water gun right next door. between the accommodation and the owner everything went smoothly during my month of stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

I had a small hiccup finding Jenny's place when I arrived in Vietnam at 11:00 p.m, but her property manager came out and found me immediately and after that everything was great. each room is like its own tiny little apartment. there is a small utility kitchen with a stove and a fridge, the bed was comfortable, lots of room for your luggage, and you are the only one on the your floor. I loved the "alley" Jenny's place was located in, and getting transportation was simple. highly recommend.

Huong is such an amazing host - super responsive and attentive, helped me with random issues I ran into, checked in on me after the myanmar earthquake 😳 the place is very spacious and it's a lovely neighborhood, highly recommend!!
