100% recommended. Very clean, modern flat with all utilities working perfectly. The area is very peaceful with all shoos and conveniences nearby. David was the perfect host and made our arrival and departure very smooth and easy. He also gave all the local information we needed to find our way around. Do not hesitate to make your booking, as everything is perfect for your stay.

Simmi apartment was clean, tidy, and looked exactly like the photos on their listing. Services like house keeping and laundry were provided by an exceptional lady. The area is located in D7 of HCM city so it’s a pretty safe place and was walkable to a lot of cafes and restaurants. You won’t get as much local street food here, but there are vendors on the road where you can find cheaper food. The prices are high for the area, but if you know where to look, you can also find cheap local cuisine. We also rented a motorbike from a place nearby. Check in and out was an easy process. I would say the only thing is that sometimes you can hear the people upstairs or people walking up, but other than that it’s pretty quiet and everyone is considerate of others. The place we rented was located inside a hair salon, so it took some time to find at first. We stayed for a whole month and we highly recommend this place.
