Brandon was a great host. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. We were a late checkin and he was ok with that. The unit was as described. Brandon even had bottles of water and soda available for us! Accommodations were as described and comfortable.

Our stay at Lily’s place was perfect for our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The shower was roomy and great for tall people. All in all everything we wanted and would stay again.

Excellent small tidy space, just what you need, no frills, no foolishness, if you are looking for a place to stay and don't need a lot of fripperies, this is it.

The home was as described and comfortable. Gianna was very responsive in communication and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Our 7 night stay at “Desert Getaway” with our 2 adult children ( from WA State and North Jersey) and their significant others to celebrate a late Christmas and New Years was perfect! The home was just as described and per photos . The neighborhood was quiet and safe and an easy walk to Phoenix Mountain Preserve North Mountain Park where we enjoyed both a daytime hike and evening hike for a beautiful sunset view. It was also close to other hiking areas that our children enjoyed and golf courses for my husband and I to enjoy. It was also a great location for a day trip to Sedona and dinner in Scottsdale. The home had plenty of space for our party of 6. The kitchen was well stocked and the outside grill was great to have. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub and pool table. The welcome book with directions on how to use/ operate everything in the home was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again. Jimmy was a wonderful responsive host ! Very beautiful home with lots to do in backyard. Perfect for summer and spring. We couldn’t utilize most of the amenities because we booked in the winter. But still a very nice experience.

Everything was great, plenty of street parking. Close to shopping center and restaurants. Easy access to highway. House was clean, provided plenty of towels. Chance responded to my questions quickly and let us check in a little bit early. Thank you!! Will definitely come back

Emilee’s house was lovely, pristinely clean and well cared for. We had a very relaxing stay.

We stayed here two weeks and had a great time! The home was exactly as described with lots of extras that were totally unexpected. Vinnie left us snacks, plenty of condiments and spices needed to cook in the home, water, coffee creamer and so many extras to list. Everything was very clean and the towels were fluffy and plentiful. The bed was comfortable and there were lots of fresh pillows to use. Lots of shampoo, body was and conditioner available to use. My dogs loved the back yard and even though the pool wasn’t heated, the hot tub was wonderful! There was more seating and lounge chairs than we expected. Our only issue which was no reflection on the home at all, but I wanted others to be aware that there’s often a strong smell of weed coming from the neighboring homes while we were trying to enjoy the back yard. Vinnie was kind enough to stop by on Valentine’s Day and brought wine and flowers. What a thoughtful thing to do! He was so attentive to every question or concern we had.

We had a great stay at Jill’s place! It was clean, had everything and more you could need to be able to cook your own meals, and she even provided toiletries and extra snacks, which was great after a long travel day. We will 100% be staying here again, we had a great visit!

This unit was exactly what we were looking for. It was quiet, relaxing and close to a lot of entertainment Scottsdale has to offer.

What an amazing host!! Double D really made me feel at home and I appreciate the extra mile he went to make sure I had everything I needed. He got me some nice dinner and we watched a game together, after having had 24 hours on a plane. He is truly a great host and I would recommend anyone staying in Phoenix, to approach him!

We couldn't have picked a better place. So happy we didn't stay in a hotel downtown and chose Scottsdale. We had all we wanted within walking distance and the pool/spa/gym was a fantastic bonus. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks George!
