Clean and guest is very responsive

I was very happy with my stay at Teresa’s casita. I have a casita at home so I knew the size and it was perfect for us. It is about the size of a hotel room with the amenities of home. I feel the casita looks exactly like the pictures. Certainly better decorated than my own home. You can tell she put a lot of work into the space. There was a step stool for higher things, an iron, yummy smelling shampoo and conditioner (look under the sink). Adorable colored appliances. My own entrance and parking in the driveway even with ample parking…she still shares her family’s driveway. It was super quiet. The bed was comfy as were the pillows. There were snacks for my teenager, Ice ready to go water in the fridge. A Keurig with coffee pods, Starbucks coffee, Folgers coffee, teabags. Spices, butter and other condiments in the fridge. Overall a great place to stay! The host Tanner was very responsive throughout our stay. The area was nice and I liked that it was a little out of the way from Mill Ave/Downtown Tempe. The home was clean when we arrived. The amenities at the hotel were as described in the listing and photos with a beautiful pool, etc. The only thing is there were no extra garbage bags or cleaning supplies in the house if we needed them at all and the bedroom got very hot at night even with the fan on. No complaints other than that. Thank you Tanner for being a great host!

Our entire group was thoroughly impressed by Cozy Cove’s house! From the moment we stepped inside, we were welcomed by a beautifully decorated space that felt like a true home away from home. It had everything we could possibly need, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time together. We had such a wonderful and rejuvenating experience, and we can’t wait to return in the future!

We had a great time… Beautiful place. Our room was nice. They brought additional towels we needed a day later quickly. We ate at the restaurant and everyone was so nice! Food was good. Nice pool and hot tub!!! We had family visit us and the hotel was accommodating about that. I have been placed where places act crazy and it can be a lot. lol Not there at all! Loved it!

Great resort and place to stay. We would highly recommend for families. Very clean inside and outside of unit. Unit was just as descibed. Four pools to accommodate all ages - from kids waterslides to adult-only pool. With 3 teens, the fitness area and game room on-site provided additional activities. There is also a restaurant on site. Nice neighborhood where we always felt safe and even walked to nearby park. Communication was great. Luk provided all details in advance so we never had any questions or issues.

I had an absolutely delightful stay! The place was private and peaceful, offering great value for the price. The bedding was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities provided. Every little touch made the experience feel more thoughtful and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and well-kept space.

Loved my stay here for the night! The bed was comfortable and the rest of the room is very cozy. Paul was a very accommodating host which I appreciate. Definitely worth the money and we will be coming back.
