Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Philadelphia

Every time I’ve stayed in a SoSuite it’s been great and this location didn’t disappoint. Everything was as advertised. Would definitely stay here again

One of the nicest Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at; we actually wanted to spend more time in the unit than in the city. Location was perfect for getting to all the historical sites — literally right across the street! Restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. The jewelry district is behind the building. I’m not much into jewelry but shops abound for those who are. Unit is meticulous and we thought out. Could hear some noise from street level but not loud enough to bother us. Would not have minded more opaque/private shades in the two bedrooms facing the adjacent building. Otherwise everything we could have possibly needed was in the unit. For gals with keratin treatments, the shampoo and conditioner are sulfate free — always a plus in my book. Snacks, drinks, and some sundries are available in the Wawa convenience store downstairs in the building.

This place is in a great area of Philly. the building is historic and has all sorts of historical artifacts to enjoy. USE THE VALET PARKING, you won't regret it!

The arcade game was the best thing there for me. Bought back memories of how much I used to play it. The only thing that is needed is curtains for more privacy, also to look at the projection screen in the day time. The host was responsive with communication that's a plus to me. I would recommend this place and will stay again.

Sirens place was nice , this was a quick in and out trip , for a family wedding. Would def stay again for a weekend to explore it more

Abdullah was very friendly, and the cats were adorable and very social!

The house was better than the pictures! The movie room was the a wonderful touch for a fun night!

Cornelius is open for chatting intelligently when he is not too busy working, we had a couple of very interesting conversations. There are 2 rooms that Cornelius rents out on AirBnB, one is larger than the other, both have game chairs for seating comfort when watching tv. I stayed in the smaller of the rooms, it was quite cozy.

This home and property was absolutely beautiful! Lots of fun amenities in a beautiful area. We didn't use all of the extras the property had due to rain but there was plenty to enjoy while indoors. The owner was very quick to respond and helpful during our stay. Would gladly stay again!

Megan is an excellent host… friendly, welcoming, and goes the extra mile. Her house is clean and cozy in a peaceful neighborhood. Fresh biscuits and coffee! Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!
