Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Philadelphia

We had an amazing stay over New Year’s here, with our two kids. Location was perfect for heading into Philly for museums etc., very quick 8-minute drive. Parking was easy every night to find right in front of home. There’s not too much in the immediate neighborhood, but a 4-minute drive will take you to some decent restaurants and a supermarket. Apartment was sleek and clean, and also fun and cozy. I was a little concerned allergy-wise, since the sleeping area is in semi-basement area, but air felt very clean and well circulated and the whole space is renovated and new, so all good in that regard! Kids loved the big TV, extra games and shuffle board. Would recommend! Thanks for a great stay.

This was my first time using the site. I must say I hope they all are like this. Communication was easy very responsive. The place looked exactly like the photos. The receptionist were friendly and helpful. If I’m I need of a place again I will definitely consider Seckou’s listing. Thanks !

This is a great place to stay. We had plenty of room for six. It was clean and comfortable. Ear plugs and a white noise machine were provided but we didn’t have any trouble with the noise level (understanding we were in a big city and across from the Liberty Bell which our crew thought was cool)! The host was very responsive, but we didn’t need anything at all since check in was easy. We enjoyed the pool table in the common area. The location was fantastic and across the street from Independence Hall.

Seckou studio was amazing! Exactly how the placed was described. This is my 2nd time renting with Seckou and he is extremely helpful & friendly. I will rent from him again when im in Philly :D

Seckou’s place was great!! This studio was amazing. It was very clean, quiet, kitchen had all the supplies you needed. Seckou was timely with his responses and available if assistance was needed. We enjoyed our stay very much and even booked a stay at another one of his properties. I definitely will book again.

We had an amazing time at this air bnb! We took a trip to NYC and Washington D.C. Elizabeth gave us clear instructions on how to access the air bnb. The target across the street was a plus for groceries. I just wished that the garage had an elevator, but we made it work. The place was clean and very spacious, we stayed with kids and they loved it. I did notice that just the 2nd floor where the air bnb is at does smell like cigarette smoke. I know that it’s out of their hands due to other tenants smoking. Thank you for letting us stay here!

Staying with Aunt Lulu was an absolute delight! She is incredibly warm, kind, and caring—truly a host with a heart of gold. She took such great care of my dog and made me feel completely at home. Her place is nothing short of a five-star hotel! The bathroom was spotless—better than most luxury hotels—and came with a towel warmer, a bed warmer, and every type of tea you can imagine. She even provides essentials like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and your own individual AC unit. The hospitality was unmatched. On my first night, she cooked us a delicious dinner and shared fascinating stories about her life. The bedroom was cozy, complete with a TV, and the breathtaking 180-degree view in living room made it feel like I was in both Philadelphia and New York at the same time. If you’re looking for a stay that combines comfort, warmth, and top-tier amenities, Aunt Lulu’s place is the perfect choice. You won’t regret booking with her!

We loved our stay! Beth was very responsive and helpful! This place was the perfect location for our lil Philly get away. Right on broad street in center city with lots close by! The place was so cute and clean! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Everything was great, since the first talk to the check out. The place is lovely, clean and very comfortable. A lots to do around the building. Elizabeth is very sweet and very aware of whatever we need. 100% sure I would rent her place again!!!

Beautiful space and located very conveniently to 2nd St / No. Libs as well very close to Fishtown. The space is efficient, comfortable, and nicely detailed. I'd stay here again.

My friends and I came in town for a festival and had the best stay while in Philly! Jason has a beautiful home and was such an awesome host! I would definitely recommend and/or stay here again myself!

We had a few friends come to town for a weekend. We all enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for a weekend of restaurant + cafe touring. The space was beyond beautiful and kept well stocked for our needs. You are right under the El but the noise was expected and we were fine with it. The hosts were responsive and helpful when needed. Thanks again. I would love to host friends here again in the future.

Amazing girls weekend! David and Teresa were excellent hosts and communicated very well upon checking in and out. The house was absolutely beautifu! The decorations and ambiance were very relaxing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for meal prep. The showers were a great experience with the waterfall shower head. The beds were very comfortable and the whole property was sparkling clean. The sidewalks and driveway were cleared and salted upon our arrival. The house is conveniently located to awesome restaurants and shopping. We were able to easily travel into the city and we also frequented some of the great local spots. It is a very convenient location and would love to stay here again! Thank you for hosting our girls weekend!

Great home - spacious, modern. Great space for our daughter. Perfect location near Rittenhouse but on a quiet street. Host is friendly and very helpful. Perfect family getaway in Philly.

This place would be perfect just needs little more work wich I think Sandeep may be trying to get done !! Floors weren’t the cleanest there was dust on furniture and washer was a little dirty and pots and pans were not usable for me very dirty but Sandeep sent his cleaning lady over to clean anything we needed done and ordered new pans and cookie sheets to make us happy therefore is why I gave it a 5 star rating!! The cabinets could’ve been organized a lot more !! could’ve used more cups coffee cups and plastic containers for left over food and aluminum foil sandwich bags things like that were not furnished.. anyway if I had told sandeep I’m sure he would’ve sent everything over for us but we only stayed about 4 days so it wasn’t that necessary !! Other than that I liked how it was private and we was not disturbed!! Thank you and will consider booking again in the future!!

The place was great. There is a little confusion on the address (listing is correct and has photos, the link to the address is set up for the next street over which is where I went first), but its not the host’s fault as the listing has the correct address, very detailed photos including photos of very obvious landscaping landmarks to let you know you are at the right place. Really appreciated how welcome my dog was. Room was on the ground floor making it so much easier to go out. The neighborhood was so cute and felt very safe. I had a nice time and would go back again!

An extremely mindful host, Ranier has tastefully decorated his home. Kitchen was well stocked. Room was light and breezy. Location was fantastic and pretty much everything we needed was accessible nearby. Ranier took the time to walk us through the appliances, something we feel each host should at least offer to do. He was great to talk to and we would defo visit again! Thank you and all the best.

We needed a place for the Super Bowl parade and Jeffrey’s place was perfect. We may be back to do a little South Philly staycation we had so much fun. Lots of walkable stores and restaurants. Jeffrey was super responsive and could not have been nicer. Rent with confidence.
