Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Perfect people and place

The place offered everything for us to have a very nice and cozy winter vacation. From the fireplace to the cozy sitting area overlooking the beautiful mountains to the bedrooms, it left nothing to be desired. The location is very quiet, but in 10 minutes walk you can reach everything you need. But due to the private parking right in front of the house, excursions by car were also easily possible. Check in and out went smoothly and very easy. The communication was also very friendly and you got a quick answer to all questions. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed for a ski trip as a family of 4 with kids aged 11 and 9. It’s about a 10 min walk to the ski lifts but we were able to leave our skis and boots at the hire shop so very easy. Plenty of room and a well equipped place with the amazing gym deserving a special mention.

We stayed with my friends for a winter vacation. Great location of the apartment and the possibility to use the ski bus to the ski center. The environment is quiet and I appreciate the great cleanliness. Perfect communication from Mattio. Would recommend!

Sigrid welcomed us extremely warmly. She was always available for us and the cottage is really spotless, very well equipped and very attractively designed. We immediately felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Next time, we'd like to stay a little longer. The bathroom, the well equipped kitchen and the living room with the bluetooth system and the fireplace, the games cellar and the beautiful terrace with grill and existing charcoal were all highlights for us. As well as the delicious cake that was ready for us on the table upon our arrival:) All in all, we would say eleven out of ten stars, we would love to come back and would recommend this place to anyone! We stayed at this place as a group of 8 people. It's been great with the bedrooms indicated. The space looks a little bigger than it is in the photos. Nevertheless, it is completely sufficient in terms of space. The sauna and the hot tub are of course a highlight. Due to the good connection by ski bus, you could get directly to the nearby ski area. The hosts are very friendly and easy to reach. Overall, it was a successful and very nice stay!

We had a fantastic time at this lovely house in Austria! The location is really ideal, close to the highway, which made it super easy to drive there quickly. The house was really in top condition upon arrival: clean, tidy and cared for, something that is clearly due to the fact that the owners do everything themselves. The beds were of excellent quality, so we slept wonderfully every night. The house has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. What really made our experience special was the owner. He was present on our arrival and very friendly, he gave us many useful tips on where we could go locally for food, activities and other attractions(guest card). This made sure we were really able to make the most of our stay. Already with all a top experience! We can highly recommend this cottage for those looking for a comfortable and well located place in Austria.

Like last time, everything's great. Love the view from the balcony. There is everything you need in the apartment. Cozily furnished. The lake terrace is great. Have often sat there. Shopping in the neighboring village of Krün or Kochel am See. This is our second time staying here and I'm sure we'll be back. Great. Best regards to the dear landlords

Villa Gere is an absolutely stunning residence. The amenities are first rate and the house has so much flexibility that our family of ten had loads of space to relax in any number of ways. The sauna and hot tub were hugely popular as was the games room and gym. Our host, Roberto was brilliant, guiding us through the facilities and local amenities and helping us make as much of the house as we needed to; whilst he left us to enjoy the house, he was always responsive to our queries, no matter how minor. In addition, he provided some local produce as gifts which were very well received by everyone. The whole family were thrilled with the house and its facilities and its proximity to the outdoors activities that we were in the area to enjoy. I can’t praise the house and Roberto highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway whatever the season. I have no doubt that we will return in the near future.

Beautiful simple apartment that was ideal for us as a base for our daily motorcycle tours. In the yard there is a long carport where cars and motorcycles can be stored. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna area very much. It should be borne in mind that there is no air conditioning at high temperatures, so it gets very warm in the apartment. We had a very nice week at the place and would come back anytime. Thanks also to the host

The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Everything you need is available. Great view from the balcony. Parking at the house. Wi-Fi and TV perfect. Cable car and Vinschgau train are 4 minutes away. You don't need the car, except for shopping. Contact with Sonia perfect. Gladly again

We had a wonderful time in Prissiano! The location is stunning and the chalet’s are beautiful and pristine. They had everything we needed and a full kitchen which was great. The breakfast bread service was perfect to start the day. Lots of restaurant options around which we tried. Would highly recommend!

A very special house characterized by ancient charm and discreet modern comfort. Our scattered family from DE, GB and ES met for a week in Advent and had plenty of space for 3 generations plus dog in Stadlerhof. The house is respectfully renovated without compromise on comfort, but still has many original features. All spaces are lovingly decorated, have comfortable beds, are well heated and the large bathroom is even equipped with underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. Josef himself made a lot of potting in the house, drinking the moments together over coffee from handmade cups, while you lean on the handmade warm tiles of the oven, I will remember for a long time. After a beautiful family pre-Christmas, we agreed – the house, renovated with artistic flair and lovingly maintained, we will be happy to visit again. Thanks Josef and Resi!

We stayed at casa Montana which is on the second floor with a large terrace with a magnificent views. We also liked the views from the kitchen table just next to the window. The apartment is modern clean and very well equipped. We especially liked the shower which was big and a good stream of hot water. Very good heating, a lot of storage space a cute living room with chaise-long sofa in front of the TV ideal for evenings at home. In short the apartment looked better than the photos. Above all stood out Katya the host. She was proactive and immediately upon arrival sent suggestions for restaurants, walks, grocery shopping and medical assistance. When we had an issue with the heating she went out of her way to resolve it immediately. 10 out 10.

Great place to stay a few minutes by car from Malè and 15 minutes from the ski lifts. We had a great time, in the middle of nature in this apartment inside a farm in the middle of nature. The house is spacious and well furnished, in 4 people we had a good time.

It was amazing aparment and actually communication with Danielle also. Everything he shared in advance, he was fast responsive and helped when we needed. The apartment is on nice location, and I would say that is much bigger than it looks on photos. Everything was prepared for our arrival and it was super clean. This was our family ski trip and this was an easy and affordable stay for us. We love the town and the location of the stay wasn’t a bad walk to get to restaurants and where we needed to go. We brought our car, so parking was easy as well.

Great stay, very private - this place was perfect for a stop off for our road trip. Mayrhofen is a lovely place not far away too :) … This place is full of character- a lot different to other places we have stayed, would highly recommend!

It is rarely we are this satisfied. Great place, if you need anything just ask. It was nice and clean inside and great outside with sunbeds, tables, BBQ, a nice playground for kids, great parking, and a very friendly dog.
