Unspeakable. I've booked many Airbnb and this one is among the best. The apartment is great, especially if you are in a large group because there are three bathrooms. The perfect air-conditioning, it was even cold. Extremely cozy and complete. The location is great, right in the center of cold cable, we made a lot of walking itineraries. Luis was great, always helpful and enlightening. I recommend the place and will definitely be back.

The property's location is excellent, being close to shops, the Praia do Forte feirinha and the beachfront, allowing everything to be done on foot. The space matches exactly the one described in the listing and accommodated my family very well. The ceiling fans are great, ensuring pleasant nights during the warmth of Cabo Frio, being quiet and efficient. The kitchen is well equipped, with the main utensils, making it easy to prepare meals on site. A point to note is that the parking space is not numbered, that is, there is no specific space for the apartment, which can result in all vacancies being occupied. Also, the size of the vacancies is more suitable for small cars.

The apartment is super modern, well equipped and all new. The team is attentive, and give several tips in the area. The only point is that there at the pontal is a bit bad the road, so I don't recommend it for low cars. Another point of attention is that the part of the pool is not in the same house.

The place is exactly like in the pictures. We spent great days at Raiza's apartment. The atmosphere was quiet and super pleasant, close to the beach, you could go on foot. Our puppies felt at home and loved the wardrobe that had a view to the street. Raiza was super polite and kind, relaxed our check-in and responded quickly. The caretaker, Mr. Juarez, was extremely polite, careful and kind. The village helped us in absolutely everything and was always willing to collaborate with everything we needed. The only downside of the apartment is that the furniture, utensils and linens were not in the best condition, but for what we needed and for the price, it was super worth it. We will definitely return at another time.
