Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Perast

Everything was very nice, we came as a married couple, it was plenty of room, it was tidy, we were greeted very attentive, we could get into the house at a flexible time, we generally recommend the location could be reached everywhere.

Nice location, close to the old town. Parking included which was super helpful. Easy check and good communication from the host.

In general, I have a very good impression of the stay, the place is at the top, so the car will definitely not be unnecessary, but there is no problem with parking, I recommend😁

We are very satisfied. Gordana and Igor welcomed us quite well. The location of the apartment is very close to everything and in an incredibly quiet location. Thank you so much for everything, if I were to come back, I would choose Gordana's house again.

The apartment was super clean and in perfect shape. The location is perfect for grocery stores (Aroma and Idea) and transportation. Parking is not an issue at all. The internet speed and stability are pretty good (if you work in tech it's quite important). The host is super friendly and responsive. I don't see any negatives about the apartment. The only thing is the clothes do not dry (even in the hot weather) but it's related to Kotor so be careful with that.

The house was very clean, nice and spacious. Pool was super and everything was very private. Ivana was super quick to respond to questions and the host Dorde was there to welcome us with some nice local food, wine, juice and home made rakia. He even took us to the mountains and supplied us all week with home grown vegetables. The house is 2,5 km from Herceg Novi, so it takes a taxi or a good walk to get to town. There is a bakery just next door and a local restaurant and market some 400 m from the house. We had a lovely time all 8(two families) of us. Would go again.

Stunning apartment with a incredible view and the best hosts. The garden is beautiful and the apartment has everything you could need. The apartment is a bit out of town but we managed the walk and taxis are available and cheap and the hosts helped us with these. We would recommend staying here and would hope to visit next time we are back.

Jelena was very hospitable and helpful. She allowed us to check-in early due to an early flight. My 2 year old had a wild time at the large garden and wonderful orchards. The house was the right size and kitchen had all that was needed for family cooking. The house had air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom which was amazing in the August heat. The area around the house is absolutely stunning. Though roads are very tricky, so not great for access through public transport or for inexperienced drivers. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

The view is just amazing. The terrace is huge and all yours under your feet in Budva. The location of the house is outside the center and about 15 minutes away. Olga helped us with everything. If you have your own car and are coming to Budva, we would recommend staying here.

We did not meet Ado, his bride Juvanna took care of us, Juvanna was extremely cheerful and interested, helped us with all our questions, helped us enter the museum where she worked, the house was very clean, the sheets and towels smelled very nice, we had everything we needed, if we go again I would not look for another place, I definitely recommend it

We loved our stay at the beautiful stone house on the Bay of Kotor! The location was perfect, easy to explore neighboring towns of Kotor and Perast, lots of great restaurants within a short drive (and a few within walking distance). We loved the quiet street and the location right on the water was absolutely perfect to enjoy the outdoors (a huge plus to have a paddle board for our use as well!). House was spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were so lovely, allowing us to check in early and were very responsive to any questions we had. They also provided wine and fruit and some great local recommendations. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Júlia and Sergey were very kind hosts. Sergey was in a place waiting for us in order to be easier to find the apartment. We had a problem with our rented car in a remote place and the night coming but Julia and Sergey helped us contacting a truck to take us and our car to be repaired, even being late, they were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, located in a very calm place, near the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend this apartment to visit the coast of Montenegro.

The building is new and the room was very clean and with everything you need to spend a few days in Kotor. The environment is beautiful and very quiet, and has a spectacular view of the bay of Kotor. Communication with Jaroslav was fluid and friendly. Thank you so much!

We felt very comfortable with Nenad! It is a great apartment with a nice terrace. The kitchen was also well equipped (we would have liked a casserole dish). Nenad was very friendly and helpful, especially when we had problems finding the accommodation (driving to Ljuta, do not follow the automatic directions). Otherwise, the location is great: a bit away from the quite full Kotor you can enjoy the view of the bay with a wine or beer. And in just 2 min walk there is a small concrete access to the sea. Clear recommendation! Thank you for the welcome beer in the fridge :-)

Everything you can think of was great, only the internet went out 1-2 times, and then Goran tried to be helpful. I thank him. Great house, great host.

Lovely location and view, very spacious apartment with all the items you need for your stay. Driveway requires some skill to get down and road into the site is a little bumpy but nothing to be concerned about.

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!

Masha and her husband were really helpful for my stay, I came into Budva with no plans and Masha's husband gave some good recommendations and i must say it's one of the best weekends I've spent in my life. There's also a great Asian restaurants by the side of the house and everything you need is within a walkable distance
