it’s very beautiful outside. We are amazed by the window view. And host is very nice and response very quickly and help a lot.

A wonderful villa with lots of entertainment. Billiards, basketball, swimming pool, barbecue area and so on. My family and I enjoyed it. We really liked the beach 5 minutes from the house. I also want to note that our requests were always answered very quickly. We will come here again! Thank you very much

This was an amazing find in Sveti Sefan. Right on the beach with the best view. We had ample room for our family and it was so so comfortable. Excellent communication from the host Misha too. The apartment was exactly as described.

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

Fantastic stay. Very warm welcome by the host. The apartment is located 1 Min from various places to swim. Market and restaurant close by. Absolutely recommendable.

Tamara is a wonderful host. This is the first time I have seen such an open, kind and easy to communicate host as Tamara. Very attentive to details in the house, explained and showed everything. Her house is charming, super cozy, lots of kitchen appliances and devices, impeccable wooden furniture and bed linen. Even the curtains match the bedspread. 😍 the house looked exactly like in the photo, in the description and even better! A big plus is the hamam, especially in rainy weather it is very pleasant to warm up. The territory is completely private, you can safely spend time both in the house and on the territory near the house. Check-in and check-out times were flexible, this is a huge plus! Despite the fact that my friends and I stayed only one night, Tamara left us a welcome gift of wine and candy. I was touched, especially considering that it was my birthday.

Fabulous spot in Montenegro with gorgeous views of the sea and the mountains! Pool was the highlight. The town below is very small so you need a car (should be obvious to anyone visiting the area but just to be clear!) good to have a local shop just below the apartment though. A few small things with the area - lots of wasps, the pool was cleaned mid afternoon one day which wasn’t ideal, the cafe wasn’t open at all when we were there and you have to take your rubbish out up a huge hill which isn’t ideal. All small things but worth flagging! Great stay otherwise and would highly recommend.

The accommodation was even nicer than the photos. Having a pool and hot tub is so relaxing. The hosts are friendly and friendly. Very close to the places to visit in Montenegro. It was a nice experience, if we come back to Montonegro, we'd like to stay here.

Amazing view, spacious and clean apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Lovely and hungry cats. Nina answered very quickly and was very friendly. We really appreciated water, fruits and cakes. The road to the apartment was very narrow and steep, so it is better to be an experienced driver. The renovation project was still in progress, so the garden was not in its best shape. Overall very nice stay there.

Lovely apartment with private area to Lou he by the sea, the photos don’t do this space justice it is bigger than it looks including the outdoor terrace to eat and relax on if you want. Matea was very thoughtful, and always available and gave good recommendations of the local bay and where to find food and walk. Very good stay and will be coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay! Cozy, bright, modern apartment, which has everything for a comfortable stay. Sunny balcony with a beautiful view of the old town and the sea. We had a fantastic stay at this lovely stone cottage! The moment we walked into the house and saw the view through the window, we knew the trip had already been worth it, even if we didn't experience anything else. The view of the sea with the mountains in the background was simply stunning. The cottage itself was cosy and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Anita was incredibly welcoming and helpful, going out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Just keep in mind that this property is slightly outside the main town but there is a bus stop right in front of the house with buses running every hour during week days and every 2 hours during weekends. A taxi ride wouldn’t cost much if you do not want to wait for buses. Anita also helped us with booking taxis and providing excellent restaurant recommendations. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat by the sea!

We really enjoyed staying in Dobrota. The house was located close to the beach with beautiful stone piers. Darko showed us the house and helped us quickly when we had issues with the warm water.

Wonderful hosts, we loved their restaurant with well cooked locally sourced ingredients cooked in a traditional way - the boat trip should not be missed, it was beautiful and so peaceful.

Very nice host, anytime again

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

It was our first stay in Montenegro and Jas and Rosa made it an unforgettable memory. Both were very helpful and made us feel quickly at home. The house and location are beautiful . Jas gave us many tips and was always available for questions. A heartfelt thank you also to dear Rosa . I highly recommend this as the place to stay. We will definitely come back

Marina’s place is updated, clean, and a great location. I would definitely recommend for anybody wanting to stay near Kotor.

My family and me (family of 5) had a wonderful time in Tivat, the apartment was big enough for 4 adults and a child. The pool and grill available made our trip even better since it was nice to cool off in the pool during the hot day. Just over the road from the apartment you can find two grocery stores which have all the necessities. The sea with an amazing view is just a short walk from the airbnb. Djuro was a great host, he gave some good tips for restaurants but also organised transfer both from and to the airport. If we ever go to Montenegro again we will definitely stay here.

Our stay at this villa was wonderful. The property is peaceful and well-maintained. The pool was the perfect spot to relax or swim. The villa itself is spacious, with comfortable rooms and all the amenities you need. We loved the outdoor seating area with the bar by the pool, ideal for morning coffee or drinks in the evening. The city of Budva is 10 minutes by car and there is a great restaurant right next to the villa. Overall, it's a great place for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend!

Spotlessly clean villa, beautiful location with stunning views, host were lovely people and always happy to help. Beds were very comfy. We loved the outdoor kitchen and found it ideal. Close to airport if you have a car 25 mins drive. 35 mins to the old town. The villa is quite rural and very peaceful and relaxing. Overall a very lovely villa with a great picturesque view, went for one week but we would have loved two.
