Excellent location, very quiet neighborhood very nice and cozy house, both Eduardo and Mrs. Jenny are very friendly and helpful.

If there were 6 stars available I would have rated as 6 rather than 5 stars. The location and views are spectacular, sweeping views of the Coquimbo bay and fantastic sunsets. The indoor/outdoor architecture is gorgeous. The kitchen is gourmet class with excellent stainless cookware. The woodstove makes the spacious living area totally cozy. I can’t recommend this house highly enough. Nico, our hostess, was equally fantastic. She immediately dealt with any issue that arose and is prompt and effective in communication

The house is in a good location, close to the beach and Route 5. With nearby shops, it's located in a quiet place. The state of the house is impeccable, very comfortable and with everything you need to have a good stay. Victor and his family were always friendly, they were aware that we were comfortable in the house.

We had an incredible stay, not only was the home beautiful but our host was kind and responsive!

An excellent place to disconnect from the city. I definitely recommend it 100%. His host Guovanni was always attentive.

cozy house, small but meets everything, it has everything you need, it is only a little removed from the beach, like 10 to 15 minutes by car, but it is somewhat minor. Clean house, very comfortable, spectacular beds, clean and tidy bedrooms, there was only carpet in some parts that are very delicate, but it is somewhat minor, in general a 7 the house.

Excellent conditions of the house and the attention given by dahiana . Tidy , cleanliness and tranquility . We would definitely go without hesitation many more times. The spectacular quincho area, a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. It costs a little the arrival of the hot water in the shower in the main room, but it's a bit minimal compared to how much we liked it . Blessings!

The apartment is new, in very good condition, impeccable, beautiful, it is nice, the location is very good, in front of the beach with access to restaurants and the walk along the avenue. The host was friendly, always responded quickly if you have any questions. Excellent experience

I had an excellent experience in this apartment. It is a very nice place, clean and quiet, ideal for resting. The view is beautiful and the condominium is very safe, which gives a lot of peace of mind. The kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare meals without a problem. Overall, it's a comfortable and well-maintained space. Definitely recommend!

The depto. It is as the photographs, in fact even wider, impeccable and with all the comforts for a stay. Massiel always responded quickly and was a very good host. I would recommend it to close eyes!!!

Nice and comfortable!

Apartment next to the beach 2 minutes walking, located in a very good sector of La Serena, close to restaurants and picadas. Emerson, the host, was always available when we need it, we even asked for a gas grill to make asados and he got it, it was a very kind gesture on his part. The apartment is clean, spacious and cozy. The only thing we found was missing was some equipment like candles on the shared pieces, juicer or a central table in the living room or on the terrace. We recommend it 100% and would go again without any doubt

It is a wonderful place with a good view, very easy access to the city near the beach, it has everything you need to stay very comfortable.
