Vacation rentals with beach access in Penang

Enjoyed the place, location and the view. Good for holidays.!!Were stayed here for 11 days. Only elevators required some patience.

fantastic location with lots of hawker places to pick from. walking to the esplanades to enjoy the sea views was our highlight of our stay. Charles place is so nice and clean, feels so airy and bright with everything you need provided when we arrived. his attention to details made our stay feels right at home. highly recommended!

It was wonderful having the nearest homestay to the Ferringhi street. I would highly recommend to anyone looking relaxing and enjoyable family gathering or vacation. We will definitely will book back again.

This is my second time booking at Ken's house. He is always so welcoming. He is around to welcome and explain to me about the house during check-in time. He was friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The house was at its top conditions, equipped with all necessary amenities. Most of the rooms are with bathroom attached. It's a cozy place. If you have a big family visiting Penang, this house is highly recommended. It is situated at a strategic location, near to town area and Penang Bridge. Lots of restaurants and hawker centres nearby. If you are not planning to tour anywhere in Penang, there's a KTV in the house. You can use it with a minimal fee. Once again, Ken's place is highly recommended.

Overall is good in everything. When I stayed inside, I felt warm and cheerful like it’s our own house. Thank you dear owner for providing such a memorable and pleasant stay experience for us.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, quickly accommodating my request for an early check-in due to an emergency and even allowing a late check-out. The house itself is HUGE, perfect for our group of 8 people. It’s fully equipped with everything we needed, especially the washing machine and dryer, which were a huge plus. The Coway water purifier was a nice touch as well! The place is extremely clean and neat, making it very comfortable to stay in. It’s also in a great location, with plenty of food options nearby. I highly recommend this place – it’s perfect for a big group and made our stay so much easier and enjoyable. Very, very highly recommended!

Friendly host and amazing spacious house!!

Quiet and spacious area. really feel like going back to your own village

It was a great place to stay. The whole house was clean and the neighbourhood was quiet. The sea was walking distance and we all love to watch the beautiful sun set. The pool was big and clean. Everything is inside and we felt secured with the security measures taken by the host upon entering and exiting. The house has everything. It was easy for us to cook. Just walk to the jetty nearby and fresh fish and prawns are available. I love the kiblat directions and prayer mats readily available in every room. Cafes and food were also nearby. We really love this place. Hope we can come here again next time.

The cosy spacious apartment with spectacular view. Located in a peaceful area close to nature (you can oversee numerous birds and monkeys directly from the balcony). The apartment has everything for a comfortable life and even more. The pool in a condo is clean and mostly empty. The guards were friendly. There were no problems in a month.

Excellent stay! Great location, quiet, pool is beautiful. Stay was very comfortable, bed was good and had everything we needed. Filtered water system was amazing. So nice to not have to haul water. Haris was a great manager and took really good care of us. Highly recommend this place.

Good and clean

easy to find and easy check ins. the area is quite peaceful, plus easy access to food, medical and pharmacies.

this place was in a quiet location with a big general store next door. the pool was good fun for kids and adults. the security at the gate were polite and helpful. it was also easy to order a grab to and from this location.

Its a great place to stay. The view was outstanding, located next to plenty of restaurants with a new park just in front. Amenities wise, everything was as indicated. Parking was easy and the location is on one of the best spots in PH.

It's our second time staying here and we came back because Gana's place has everything we needed. We are a family of 2 adults + 3 kids and stayed 7 nights. The beach was right at the back of the condo, pool was beautiful, gym was in working condition and it was walking distance to beach bars, restaurants and a hawker centre.
