Excellent setup by the Host with lots of attention to small details. Responsive to feedback and questions. Great to have someone come into clean daily - very kind and sweet worker. The property is brand new and a stone throw away from Balewadi Highstreet, offering great access to a variety of restaurants and cafes. The only unexpected thing was some noise from surrounding flats still doing works. This did not impact my stay too much given the nature of visit but anyone planning to work indoor 24/7, it's something to check for in the short term. Otherwise I'm sure anyone who stays here will be happy with the setup - I will certainly consider it for future
