Monthly Rentals in Patong Beach

This place was an excellent stay. The apartment was beautiful, had a lovely balcony, excellent air conditioning and was very clean. We loved the rooftop pool. It was in a slightly quieter area of Patong which made it peaceful when walking about the complex but in walking distance to the busyness of the area. Lee was very helpful and quick to respond to any of our queries! Would definitely come back to stay again and would recommend.

The cleanest apartment I've ever lived in. Looks much better than in the photo. There is everything you need in the kitchen, even spices. Cleaning 10/10, the apartment is perfectly clean. The location is very good, you can walk to the beach and the shopping center. Friendly owner and staff of the building. Only one minus - there is a noisy road nearby, otherwise it is perfect for its price.

This place was amazing! we loved the pool area and the condo. Kelly is super helpful and answers very quickly. Checking in and out was super easy.

The apartment was nice and clean, exactly as described. Vasilis was very helpful with any concerns I had, quick and friendly response. Will definitely stay at his place again at the end of the year
