The accommodation is as described, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The sauna is a very nice plus and easy to use. The beds could be a bit more comfortable, but that suited us. located 15 minutes from the obri hrac hike, which offers a friendly view. Higher than the accommodation, within walking distance, also another very nice walk. 1 hour from Cesky Krumlov, which is really worth a visit. responsive hosts, but inquire in advance about the possibilities of activities in the area. A very spacious house in a small neighborhood consisting of similar, free-standing houses. You can park your car right next to the house. A big living room (kitchen, big and sturdy kitchen table and a couch) with lots of light. Comfortable bedrooms and good beds. From the small balcony you can see the lake. Everything you need is present and the house is ideal to make trips in the surrounding. Shops and restaurant are at 10–15 minute walk (although the way back is up-hill…). Petra is easy to communicate with, there is a caretaker present for many of the houses in this neighborhood. Our only remark: the Wi-Fi is only bearable for messages, but you have 4G mobile connection in this location. Very recommendable if you like a quiet environment and a very spacious house !

Spacious home with a huge garden, fire pit, and BBQ. Perfectly suited for large groups of people. Nearby (10 min walk) is a small supermarket and an inexpensive restaurant. The house is a bit outdated, which did not bother us. Check-in was straightforward with a key box. Jiri was usually quick to respond to questions.

The arrangement and check-in went smoothly. Everything was set up perfectly. Host communicated quickly. From the photos it looked a bit like it was complete solitude, but it is not. There are two other houses in the immediate vicinity. One is even attached directly to the place of stay. By mistake, my children and I used the playground on the property, which was no longer a host, and the neighbor ran out on us. Otherwise, everything was OK

The stay was great, everything was clean, lots of amenities, a beautiful place right next to the forest and walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. A very nice manager, just communicating with the organization that manages the listing on airbnb was a bit attached and the check-in instructions didn't come from them. But it's more of a tip for improvement for this organization, the place was great.

Spacious and very well-equipped house. The two terraces with lake views are really very nice. Numerous activities are possible on site: bike rides with trays to cross the lake, paddle, boat, swimming, not to mention visiting the beautiful city of Cesky Krumlov with its castle. In addition, the owner offers a boat, bike and paddle rental service, so all activities are possible without traveling. It's very convenient! The beach bar is very nice for an aperitif at sunset and offers very good grilled food twice a week. In short, an enchanting place we didn't want to leave!

We spent three very nice days in Florentine's great place. The communication with him was friendly and pleasant at all times. We'll be happy to come back sometime. Clear recommendation!

The place was wonderful! We had everything we needed and more. Everything was very clean and pure. The scenery is phenomenal. The cows graze in the wide fields, you have the forests and mountains in the distance. Communication with Simone was quick and friendly. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation and would be happy to come back!

The place was great, even nicer than in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were lovely. We had someone come by twice a day and heated up. If someone now wonders if there may be any hot water at times or if the accommodation gets cold, I can give an all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water ( 13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat up was very friendly and always trying very hard not to stand out. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. The stay was wonderful from the time of booking to checkout. It is a great place if you want to spend quality family time like we did over Christmas.

Beautiful house, both on the outside and the inside. Nice kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. Large fridge and freezer. A lot of things are made available to you as a guest, of course with the expectation that you handle things carefully. Nice pool, which is easily accessible from all rooms. Pool water was on the cold side!
