Monthly Rentals in Parkdale, Old Toronto

Everything was great. About the unit - Convenient location, a few mins to the waterfront, and a grocery store on the corner(it was extremely convenient ), the unit itself has everything you need for a long stay. Everything as described in the description. About the host - Molly was super cute and provided a lot of helpful tips. Totally recomend this place and this host.

Rena was again easy to communicate with. It’s a lot more peaceful a location than one would expect in the area and close to everything!

We stayed here for just over two months in the summer after moving back home to Toronto and loved our little Ronny home! The location is amazing, the apartment matches the photos and Emily was a very accommodating and responsive host. The only minor notes would be that the washing machine in the basement isn’t working for the most part (both that and the dryer occasionally swallowing quarters) and that if you are staying for a while over summer the apartment does get quite hot with no AC. We simply went to the laundromat and bought a fan though - overall it is a great place and we would definitely recommend it to anybody!

I stayed one month in this lovely and cozy studio, the place is well equipped, we find everything we need for a long stay. The house is well insulated, we do not get cold during the bitterly cold days, the underground heater in the washroom is amazing! This house is well located as well, metro stations, restaurants, supermarkets, etc, are nearby. Our arrive and leave are smooth, Nedo gives a very clear instruction. I really appreciate this stay!
