It's a cozy and safe place located on a very quiet peaceful street. House is few minutes walking from popular locations like busy and colorful Queen st West, Lake Shore boulevard promenade, Roncy, King street. If you like to stroll, you can easily get to the most interesting locations in Toronto on foot. Also tram stops are within 3-5 minutes walk, as for car park you can always find the space on street or on neighboring ones. The house itself is clean, tidy and has everything for a comfortable life, all appliances work well. All the photos are real. I really liked that our host left enough towels, some tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets and washing powder - so it has given home-feeling immediately. In good weather it is very pleasant to spent time at the backyard. Navid is a wonderful host and a great, open-minded person. He always helped us promptly if there were any requests. I recommend this location to everyone who wants to feel like home in Old Toronto and discover the city.

Mussie is a lovely host. I highly recommend staying at this spot in Toronto. The locations is perfect. Close to grocery stores, bars, shopping. The building is quiet and there is a great gym. Mussie was also very easy to get in contact with during the stay.

a lovely place to start and end our adventure each day. close to public transit and to the lake. we used the kitchen and enjoyed the treats provided.

I loved staying in this apartment during my exchange to Toronto. The apartment is incredible! Clean and with everything you need: full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom... Close to Queen Street, with restaurants, markets and shops and the bus stop. Cris is kind and always available to help! I highly recommend it.
