Monthly Rentals in Paradise

I just want to say that Rich is a great host! The Airbnb looked exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean! I would definitely recommend Rich’s place to anyone who is looking for a place to stay near the strip! I will definitely be booking Rich’s listing again in the future!

Small but enough space for short term, even though I stayed for 3 weeks. No real kitchen as described but does have Microwave, small toaster oven, grill cooker, Refrigerator, supplies, nice kitchen, Laundry Room access. Nice safe neighborhood, driveway ( no Patio access but it is Pet Friendly which is important to me. Host is very responsive to what ever is needed. Not too far from many Tourist sites and Restaurants.

Highly recommended and would stay again. Chet is live-in, very responsive and considerate of requests. He communicates well, is friendly, and as helpful as you request. The accommodations were private and quiet, and came with a good mattress, comfortable pillow selection, and a very quiet in-room heat/AC you control. Room just as pictured with a very nice private bath a door away. Stayed five weeks and always found kitchen and refrigerator clean. Wi-Fi and TV worked well. Good house in quite residential neighborhood with parking on street in front.

Lourdes and her unit listed were exactly what I was looking for. Place is clean and well maintained. She's an incredible host, and extremely responsive and respectful of any needs the guest may require. I highly suggest Lourdes and this place. I'll definitely book here when I return to Vegas. oh...and a 8 minute drive/45 min wall to Wynn on the Strip. thank you Lourdes.
