Vacation rentals with lake access in Palm Springs

We liked the home very much; the location was good and it was well maintained. The staff at the guard shack were very polite and access was easy. We appreciated the well-stocked bathrooms and kitchen appliances. Kurt was very responsive during our stay. We found the cutting boards stored under the sink with cleaning supplies, which isn't ideal. The room out back is comfortable, but keep in mind it is next to the pool, the propane equipment and the outdoor entertainment space so it should be used by the night owls of the group! Last, we would have liked better control of the hot tub, but understand the owners are working on upgrading this. Overall, it was a great experience and we would return!

If Paradise were to leave a forwarding address, this would be to this beautiful place! Both Sandra and her space are exceptionally warm, charming, gracious, and impossible not to cherish! Perfect location was luxuriously comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was ideal for our Coachella weekend (so close, yet far enough too). We cant wait to return again and again to our Coachella forever home!

Wonderful place to stay! The pool was great to cool off during a heat wave. The house felt like a home, it was perfect for our family reunion. It was extremely lovely waking up next to a lake, very peaceful.

We absolutely loved this house. The set-up and preparation of every detail was very professional and beautiful. It was very clean and organized. It included great appliances and it was very well equipped. Everything we needed. Suzy and Armen responded very quickly and they were very easy to communicate with. Stayed during Coachella weekend 1. We had 9 people and we all had a very comfortable stay! Everyone loved the backyard with the pool, spa and sunbathing chairs! Everything was very inviting. The festival was only 15-20 minutes away (including traffic). It was quick to get there and back every night. Joseph was extremely helpful and responsive. We had absolutely no issues during our stay. The home came with tons of amenities. Would highly recommend a few days here to anyone!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is gorgeous as in the pictures. It was really breathtaking and exceeded our expectations. Rose was very kind and responsive. The pool was so relaxing to use. We had so much fun using the pool and the whole house. We will definitely return.

We had such a great stay! Kim was super attentive and always quick to respond. The place was spotless, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect too—close to everything but still nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Gary’s home on the lake was beautiful and relaxing. It was just what we needed. The kids loved riding their bikes in the cul de sac and swimming in the pool. Gary was friendly and accommodating to our needs and was responsive. All in all, it was a great time and I would recommend his place to friends and would stay again. The Nest was absolutely amazing!! Loved the colors,decor, layout, very clean, and definitely spacious for 2 people. Kerrie was very nice, and responsive when reaching out. The area was quiet/peaceful and within walking distance of the main restaurants/shopping area. Me and my husband enjoyed my birthday getaway!! Definitely recommend The Nest! Thanks!!!

This condo was beautiful and made our stat fabulous. The views outside of the lake and palm trees on the golf course were spectacular and the condo itself was well maintained, fully stocked and very comfortable. The gated community was easy to find and navigate and the pools were great. What you see is what you get and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Palm Springs in the future.

This Airbnb earns a solid 10/10! It’s a safe, quiet haven with a great vibe—perfectly accessible yet peaceful. The place was immaculate, cozy, and packed with essentials like fast Wi-Fi, a well-stocked kitchen, and an incredibly comfy bed. Natural light and thoughtful touches like fresh towels and tea. Shaan, the host, was phenomenal—super friendly and quick to reply. His hospitality took this stay to the next level. It’s rare to find a spot this comfortable and a host this caring. Also the price was absolutely worth it for the incredible value and experience this stay delivered. I’d book again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

The place is amazing and the wife and I couldn’t of asked for a better place to spend the holiday season. We loved its proximity to everything and it’s quite and peaceful setting. While there we went to the pools and the pickle ball courts which were fantastic and full of friendly people from the community.

Carolyn’s place is well-stocked with towels, sheets and blankets. The second bedroom is more like a second living room, without closets, shelves or mirror. The location, directly across from the hot pools and horseshoe arena, and a four-minute walk to pickleball courts, is fabulous with a lake view. Kitchen is well-stocked with everything. House is bright, and the skylight in the bathroom is a great touch

Excellent house, matching perfectly the description on the announcement. Very clean and organized with comfortable bedroom and fully functioning kitchen. What makes this really special is the attention on details by the host, who left all the amenities we needed for the stay and even left the air conditioning turned on a few hours before we arrived. It is located is a very nice and peaceful resort and a beautiful region.

A lovely place! Thank you for sharing it with us. Great kitchen - all the things we needed … fridge, gas stove, toaster, kettle, coffee pot, etc. We did not use the espresso machine, barbecue, dishwasher, or pickle ball rackets, but all very nice to have available. Lots of towels and blankets. The TV was a very clear picture (two remotes, so a little tricky figuring it out – but we did) and the WIFI was excellent. I participated in some unexpected video conference calls and the signal was 110%! Oh - and this is important - the mattress was very comfortable! The instructions to get here and what we needed to know were spot on. We set the temperature to 75 for most of our stay and found that to be quite comfortable. Our hostess was super accommodating, very friendly, and very responsive. Thank you so much Carolyn for being so accommodating! Was a fantastic home base and very convenient for all the places we visited.

We spent great time at this place. My kids loved the place right from the first minute. The community this house is placed is very peaceful and quiet. Swimming pool, jacuzi's and nearby cafe was also great. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a peaceful holiday.
