Cottage vacation rentals in Palm Springs

Enjoyed our stay, super comfortable & the kitchen had everything you need to make something to eat! Very thoughtful in providing cotton swabs, shampoo conditioner, body wash, shower loofa, extra towels, tennis rackets to enjoy the amenities etc. all little things you may forget to bring :) definitely would love to come back again!

I love going to Sky Valley and spending a relaxing weekend there. I’ve stayed at many of the different properties and this was as nice as any of them. It’s really only good for one or two people. The host were very responsive to the few questions I did have.

The place is amazing and the wife and I couldn’t of asked for a better place to spend the holiday season. We loved its proximity to everything and it’s quite and peaceful setting. While there we went to the pools and the pickle ball courts which were fantastic and full of friendly people from the community.

Kristen's Airbnb was one of the best places I ever stayed! It was beautiful, well-appointed, full of fun and convenient touches (dimmable lights, extra blankets, cozy bed, and amazing outdoor landscaping and furniture). I loved easy access to downtown 29 Palms and Joshua Tree National Park for Jumbo Rocks. The hot tub was lovely for afternoon or morning soaking too!

Josh Cottage was super clean and comfortable. It’s a very walkable location - close to downtown Twentynine Palms and Joshua Tree National Park entrance. The instructions at the cottage were detailed and offered great local recommendations for food and entertainment. We had a great time and look forward to coming back soon!

We had a great stay here! The cottage/cabin is very cute and was very clean. They offer fun amenities like a hot tub, darts, board games… the location is a bit far out from the main spots in Joshua Tree, but is very close to two yummy restaurants (La Copine and Great Rock Meeting Room). My only quibble is that we wanted to spend a night cozy watching movies on the couch, and the furniture and TV placement is not very conducive to that unless you want to hang out on the bed. That said, we had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway with nice amenities!

My family and I had a great stay, there were a few hiccups but the host tried to resolve the issues right away. Nel was very responsive and friendly to speak too. Temp was high 70s and would have preferred to pay for thr heated pool, so if you plan to get the most out of the pool I suggest you pay the additional fee.

What a magical place, nestled in the mountains, very private and secluded. Great kitchen and fire. The bed was sooooo comfy. Would definitely return, lovely walks, beautiful nature and Diane and her team were responsive with any messages... x

We spent great time at this place. My kids loved the place right from the first minute. The community this house is placed is very peaceful and quiet. Swimming pool, jacuzi's and nearby cafe was also great. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a peaceful holiday.

We really loved the remote setting, the solitude and space that was provided, hiking in the nearby canyons, and the ability to cook in the kitchen. I had to do some work while I was there, and the Wi-Fi was actually perfectly fine for Zoom. we feel like anyone who finds out about this place wants to keep it a secret because it's just so special!

This was a very great stay!! I loved everything about it, my pup did as well. Whenever I come back to Yucca Valley I will absolutely book again.

What an absolutely amazing cabin! The pictures don’t do it justice. Cozy, well-appointed, perfectly situated between trailhead and town. We will be back.

We visited Palm Desert area in the weekend during Indian Wells Tennis tournament and felt luck to find this affordable, cute and lovely place to stay. It locates in a peaceful and relaxing community. Though it is about 20 miles from town, we have no issues with the driving. The unit itself is very organized with beautiful decoration. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked and has everything even beyond what you need. We had a great stay for 2 nights and will definitely considering coming back next time.

Our favorite Airbnb stay so far! Sandy and Ken (and Abby their Airedale Terrier) greeted us at the entrance. They gave us a thorough tour of the more-than-100 year old cabin and the amenities on their property. As stated in the other reviews, the cabin is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. We soaked in the silence on their creekside porch swing and their deck with a firepit. It was also fun to explore the creek trail that is directly accessible from their property. We usually pack our vacations with activities, but this is the first time we felt compelled to slow down and spend more time at the Airbnb. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The cottage was amazing! Super clean, well taken care of and all around one of the best AirBnb’s we’ve been too. When we are back in Idyllwild, we will look to stay here again.

Carolyn’s place is well-stocked with towels, sheets and blankets. The second bedroom is more like a second living room, without closets, shelves or mirror. The location, directly across from the hot pools and horseshoe arena, and a four-minute walk to pickleball courts, is fabulous with a lake view. Kitchen is well-stocked with everything. House is bright, and the skylight in the bathroom is a great touch

Absolutely wonderful stay at Michelle’s with our pups for a little getaway to mama nature. Met and exceeded our expectations. The thoughtfulness and care is apparent in every corner of the cottage. Super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Great location - close to Idyllwild’s downtown and trails, yet tucked away enough to feel like you have the woods to yourself. Can’t recommend enough and look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you so much you two!

This place had everything we needed for our weekend stay in Idyllwild. The cottage is nestled behind the other main cabins which was super nice since it was a bit secluded. Check in was super easy and the hosts were very nice! Would definitely recommend!

This is truly a hidden gem, nestled into the beautiful boulder dessert landscape. The home is inviting and warm, the atmosphere is relaxing and the fire pit, rocking chairs, sun loungers and hot tub offer endless opportunities to soak in the surroundings from sunrise to sunset. Our host provided clear and prompt communication, which made our check-in very easy. The home provides a lot of small details, that might be missed, but truly makes our stay comfortable. I’d highly recommend this property!

We loved everything about our stay! This is easily one of our new favorite airbnbs and we’ll definitely be returning!
