Monthly Rentals in Palm Desert

We have stayed at Melanie’s place for 2 years and have had a great time. The location can’t be beat…just steps from El Paseo. It is a small complex, very friendly. We met some wonderful people during our stay. Melanie is very quick to respond to questions or concerns.

I am always suspect of the beautiful pictures as they try to present the house as positive as possible. When we arrived I can honestly say that the house exceeded our expectations in every way. We stayed here for a month and Shannon was very responsive to every text and question. The house has everything you could possible need and I mean EVERYTHING. I honestly dont know what I could suggest to make it a better stay. We will definitely be back!!

what a cozy and quiet place to stay in palm desert!! Located in a very quiet and safe gated neighborhood that's perfect for evening walks, and only a short drive to almost anything you need (there's also a Sprouts right down the street). Eisenhower hospital is an easy commute with only two turns. Sara was prompt in her communication and took care of anything needed during my stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this charming condo. Asia is very responsive, friendly and accommodating hostess. She provided detailed information that made our stay easy and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our 1 week stay. We enjoyed many quiet mornings and evenings on the deck. The community is lovely and the neighbors were very friendly. There are a ton of things to do in Indian Wells and the surrounding communities. We are hikers, and we had a great time exploring Anzo-Borrego State Park, Joshua Tree National Park, and Indian Canyons. We would definately stay here again!
