The place is amazing, the sea view unparalleled, we will never forget our days there, sleeping with the sound of the waves was beautiful and the apartment is beautiful!!

Very clean apartment, super-scented and impeccable bed and bath linens! Great location! And the key piece was the air conditioner (it was too hot), the air conditioner really saved too much! Sérgio responds quickly! I'll definitely come back more often!

Apartamento matches the photos, quiet location and close to everything. Township was clean and in bed linen. Communication was also excellent and we received recommendations from where to go.

Highly recommended for the accommodation in question. First in main, the location is very good because you are in front of the beach and about two blocks from downtown Arraial. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with their respective sets of sheets and towels. Of course, it should be clarified that the place is for 6 but it has two double beds and a sofa/bed, they are not single. However, in general, we had a pleasant stay with my group of friends and that is why we recommend it.

Great, clean and organized apartment. Comfortable rooms, good bathrooms and equipped kitchen. The balcony has an amazing view, straight to one of the most beautiful beaches of Arraial and where the spectacular sunset of the city takes place. Carlos was a great host, answering all my questions without delay, considerate and also kind and flexible regarding check-in and checkout times. Nothing to complain about. I recommend the apartment! The ap. is a charm everything that is necessary for a stay well complete with right to bed and towels,the kitchen tbm completes the view of the very beautiful room the balcony to have a coffee is a smelly charm,clean everything working. The very gentle concierge tbm. The location is great close to the center and easy access to camp and buzios we LOVE MTO WE WILL RETURN FOR SURE.

The location is wonderful!!! Right in front of Foguete beach, which in my opinion is one of the most beautiful in Cabo Frio! And to watch the sunrise from the double room window!! Simply perfect!! The house is on the way to the cape camp. The house is big, cozy and has everything we need. We will definitely return!

Our stay in the Carmel Mansion was just amazing! The house is super nice, with spacious suites, excellent bathrooms and a kitchen so well-equipped that there was nothing missing. The decor is of extreme good taste, creating a cozy and very comfortable atmosphere for our group of 12 people. The location is a high point: you could walk to Ferradura beach, and we were close to the main beaches and Rua das Pedras. Perfect! But the highlight itself was the wonderful team that received us: Leonardo, Tati and Fátima were super friendly and always available with that smile on their face that makes all the difference. We adore every moment and recommend it without a second thought. We want to go back now!

Great place in Cape cold, super clean, with everything you need for the day-to-day in a house. Fast internet and easy access to the main beaches. recommend it!

It was absolutely worth the experience! This was my first time in Arraial Do Cabo for a getaway, and I finally got to enjoy the tranquility and peacefulness of the place. The beds were incredibly comfortable after a long day, and a refreshing shower and a cozy bed were all I needed. The kitchen had everything we required, and the refrigerator was a lifesaver, storing our food for our stay. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

10/10 What a fantastic place to spend some time with friends. Anderson and Dani and Thiago (the workers) are incredible. the house is out of this world. We are already talking about going back next year. Thank you!

House in a WONDERFUL condo. Mr. Júlio, Patrícia and Beto extremely attentive. The house is better than the photos. A huge terrain facing the lagoon. Children's may be loose without any worries. The water is shallow for many, many meters . 6 suites with air that cooled mto well. Large bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen and has a fridge in the kitchen and balcony. Alem do freezer. Lawn in front and football pitch behind which the children loved. The terrain tb accommodated the 6 cars that were. I don't have anything to say. I suffered to come away. What a delightful place.

House exactly as advertised. The super quiet, organized condominium with direct access to the beach. The super attentive host, the super attentive host, has always met us when we need it. We'll be back for sure!!

We really like to spend the weekend at Apto da Alexandra. Your communication from the beginning to the end of the stay was excellent and very attentive.
