This place was a fantastic stay. Centrally located and close walk to the beach while providing so much peace and quiet. The bed was on of the most comfortable beds I have stayed at in an Airbnb. If felt more like a home then an Airbnb. Everything we could need was in the apartment, including laundry detergent. If anything, Aubrey undercharges for this spot. It was lovely and I will stay here again.

Amazing place, I recommend!

If you enjoy small French towns near the sea, this is a great place to stay. It is quiet with easy access to the beach, restaurants, train station, buses and close to Monte Carlo, St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Nice. Nina is very responsive and helpful. The parking situation is extremely TIGHT, but definitely nice to have and an added bonus in the South of France. Everything you need is in the apartment and there were some unexpected goodies that were extremely helpful to find...shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, etc. We did not cook there, but there were plenty of plates, silverware, pots and pans, glasses, etc. The apartment would sleep 4 comfortably. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a magical stay at Remario's ARBNB, in Quartier des Musiciens. The clean and bright apartment was the perfect size for 2 people. We enjoyed our time relaxing on the balcony both day and night! Having aircon and a washer/dryer in unit, was a welcome convenience. Location cannot be beat, with access to the train, tram, museums, promenade, and cafes at your fingertips. Remario and Sylvia were fantastic hosts and went beyond to ensure a successful experience. We long to return soon! Merci beaucoup.

Had a nice stay. Neatly helped. Due to early arrival, we were allowed to enter the apartment earlier. Everything was neat and well cared for.

The host was very kind and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy and equipped for basic cooking and laundry, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Located close to the city center, it’s a lovely place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

Great vacation home with a very nice view. We enjoyed 14 days of sunny weather and that at Christmas. Our hangover was also welcome. Erwin and Liliane are two older and super friendly gentlemen. You will be welcomed with welcome drinks and homemade cakes. The delivery service with fresh baguette every morning is of course great. We were able to do many MTB tours from there. The apartment furnishings themselves are a bit outdated. But otherwise highly recommended.

Olga's house and the place where it is located are enchanting. The house is spacious, clean, and fully furnished. The psychic is heated. In person, it's better than in photos. thank you for your hospitality.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Me and my colleagues had a great stay in this airbnb while visiting a conference in Monaco. The apartment has a great location for a fraction of the price compared to staying in Monaco. There are multiple grocery stores and restaurants at walking distance from the apartment. I would highly recommend staying here!

A Wonderful Stay in Nice! Our experience at Melina’s apartment was fantastic from start to finish. Melina’s communication was top-notch—she reached out before, during, and even after our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly, which it absolutely did. Melina’s attention to detail in decor and appliances was impressive. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver, especially as this was the second leg of our trip and we packed light. Stéphane is very friendly, kind, available, responsive to the slightest problem: broken washing machine, replaced right away... CONGRATS! Fruits from her garden were waiting for us🍋🍊 We will be sure to contact him again if we return to the area to discover other sites. The apartment is great, spacious, functional and nothing is missing... dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The bedding is of very good quality. The terrace is nice to relax, have an aperitif and even a small meal... we had a good time there. The garage is a BIG PLUS when everything is paid for in the CHIN especially during the feast 🍋 where places are scarce. The residence is quiet, very clean and well secured at all levels. Shops are close to the rental: Intermarché, pharmacy, grocery store and so on... We don't need to take the car out. Everything can be visited on foot, on the Italy side, as well as on the Nice side. Highly recommend this apartment +++
