Monthly Rentals in Orchard Beach

Great host and location for a quick family stay. We really enjoyed the sheep and our interactions with bandit. House was great for us.

We didn’t end up staying due to an illness in the family but Bethany was a great to work with host! She was very helpful through the whole process, will keep this place in mind again for future trips.

We used Katy’s space for a cozy girls weekend in and it was absolutely perfect. This cabin is both cozy but not too crowded. She had the kitchen stocked with all the essentials so we could make our meals in, including a had mixer which I forgot! The scenery was great and it was such a beautiful area! Katy was great with check-in and check-out instructions, and we even used one of her recommendations for a dinner out (Micheal’s) which was so good. We started already talking about another weekend to spend here in the future! Ps; the heated pads to the hot tub were just the cherry on top of our great stay!

Very nice home and host. Did not have any issues with the stay whatsoever!
