Monthly Rentals in Orange County

Me and my boyfriend’s stay at Bryce’s place was an absolutely wonderful experience. Kent & Bryce were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place itself was perfect! It matched the description and was exactly what we thought it would be. It was clean, cozy, and the location is great! Bryce was very responsive and quickly answered any questions that we had. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. We would highly recommend staying here.

Thinh was a great host and this home had everything we needed for a 5 week stay. The beds were very comfortable, and there is plenty of closet space for a longer stay. This was walking distance from Historic Old Town Orange, so we walked to some great restaurants every weekend and some weeknights. We are highly reliant on internet, and we had no issues. Groceries, gas stations and major highways close by. We felt at home here. Thank you, Thinh!

We stayed for 2 months, we had everything we needed and everything was perfect.. great location, you can see the disneyland fireworks from the window.. restaurants and supermarkets are at a walking distance. Ashley and Ethan were very responsive and accommodating. Also, Maynard, the landlord was very helpful.. definitely recommended to stay in this place

I had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, especially for those who love hiking, with beautiful trails nearby. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. But the highlight of my stay was Rui’s father—he is the kindest person I have ever met! His hospitality made my experience truly special. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back.
