Monthly Rentals in Općina Brela

Beautifully renovated. View from the balcony was superb - great place to have meals. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with lovely water views. Kitchen was functional. Place was spotlessly clean. Easy parking. Ante was great - checking in to see if all was well. Beach is close by. We enjoyed the walk there and back. Was a good workout for the legs. Highly recommend.

Josipa's place is located up in the mountains but just 10 mins drive to punta rata a very nice beach spot. She will give you a parking card which we really appreciated as parking around it's a bit tricky House is basic but with everything you need Clean and comfortable We didn't enjoy much the space outside, table and chairs and the little allotment, of the house as we spent most of the time exploring the surroundings

The flat was tidy and cozy, the hosts were friendly and very helpful - they drove us to the bus stop and provided us with an umbrella for the beach as well as giving us great tips for the activities in Brela. The atmoshpere was very inviting and we would love to visit again in the future!

We stayed at Filip's place recently, the house was very modern, spacious, luxury and literally brand new. We were a family of 5 and the kids aged between 12 - 18 - had there own rooms. nearly al with ensuite. The villa has amazing views to the sea from downstairs and the room balconies upstairs. Location wise, a car is needed, and close very to shops, restaurants Baska Voda, Omis and Makarska. Split is 1 hour away. Overall I recommend the villa for a excellent vacation.
