Yurt vacation rentals in Ontario

We stayed two nights and wished it was more. The yurt was lovely, clean, and spacious. there was so much to do we could have kept our days full if we stayed twice as long. We yurt camp every winter, and we left agreeing that we'd found a new go-to spot!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay in the yome - loved looking at the stars at night and meeting the animals in the morning! Breakfast was incredible, thanks for opening your farm to us!

This is a really beautiful spot and a great atmosphere to kick back, slow down and relax. The yurt and kitchen both have a cozy, artsy feel that is very welcoming. The deck behind the yurt is a wonderful spot to have a morning coffee and watch the birds over the water. If your stay is in the summer, definitely take a dip in the river by the falls. Karen and Kevin were great hosts and we enjoyed chatting with them. We explored the rail trails nearby on our bikes, and there's lots of great hiking in the area too.

Yurt was creative way to stay in the woods. We stayed in march, still snowfall but not too cold. Separate sauna is a treat. Read amenities so no surprises of what to expect. Overall, a lovely stay. Hosts are friendly and responsive and helpful. Knowing how to start wood fires is useful skill to get sauna and make use of fire pits, wood is provided by hosts. Would recommend to those who are looking for "glamping" type experience. We enjoyed our stay.

A lovely setting, great welcome, fantastic view, very cosy yurt with wood stove. Fantastic biking and walks in the woods nearby.

This was SO MUCH FUN! All of the staff on the farm are beyond friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to! The morning chores you have the opportunity to do are one a kind and so fun! The animals are absolutely adorable and so friendly! If you are an animal lover this is the place for you!

House is on the same property but yurt is still quite private. Very very well equipped. Propane stove inside, pots, pans, bowls and plates. Lots of wood and kindling provided. There's also a generator hooked up to some lighting to use at night. We had an excellent stay

The stay with Ian was a great 2-day experience. A fantastic place to stay, if you’re comfortable with the curveballs that nature can throw you (chilly walks from the outdoor shower, inquisitive skunks, etc). Place was super clean, and was as described on the listing. Would visit again!

Our stay was so relaxing and peaceful. Judy was a great host and staying in a Yurt was a wonderful experience. It was so refreshing to unplug and live off grid for awhile. Kitchen and bathroom were better than you can expect for being outdoors. Definitely will go back, highly recommend such a jem. Thanks to our host Judy, for all you did for us, and for the fresh veggies and flowers on our table.

Beautiful spot, responsive host, charming farm setting. It is definitely glamping without running water but the bottled water and sink worked fine. The solar panel powered LED lights and USB charger at night and the outdoor cooking area were excellent additions.

We had an amazing fall getaway. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an adventurous (but very peaceful) getaway. Beautiful trails to explore. Very nice out door fire pit and well organized outdoor kitchen. Our kids had a blast.

I had a beautiful stay at the yurt and the best sleep I’ve had in ages! The space was quiet, cozy and had everything I needed. The surrounding woods were gorgeous and a delight to explore. (My dog loved it too!) This is a very special place, imbued with peace and creative energy. Thank you for being such generous and welcoming hosts!

Jeff and Ephie were outstanding hosts! We truly enjoyed our stay and were blown away by the space. Photos do not even begin to do this place justice. The beds were so comfortable, the Linens were clean and cozy. The entire yurt was set up for an extremely relaxing stay. There are board games available, the firepit was stocked and ready to go. The kitchen had exactly what we needed. Our hosts truly thought of everything! We can't wait to come back this summer. Thank you for an incredible weekend! Great stay and will always recommend everyone to try glamping! This yurt was the best of both worlds with the washroom indoors (personally was a necessity) and the beautiful surroundings. The lake is crystal clear and in the fall was gorgeous! Hosts were extremely helpful and gave clear instructions that were easy to follow. Will definitely want to come back again!

We loved our little getaway in the Belvedere yurt! Perfect and unique place to pick up! I brought my precious friend to mark her 60th birthday. Everything was perfect...and our 2 pitfalls enjoyed it as much as we did! Beautiful wooded path from the yurt. We also loved the patio with its great view… perfect place for aperitifs! And what to say about our view of the stars to fall asleep... you have to try it! Thanks!!!

The yurt is in an intimate and peaceful location, surrounded by nature. Perfect for disconnecting from the city and reconnecting in the forest!

If you are looking for a glamping experience up north then this is your place. The yurt was not only beautiful as an original Mongolian yurt but furnished with comfortable furniture and luxurious bedding . The kitchen was simple and fully stocked with everything you would need . We even had coffee tea and creamer available. The yurt and the outhouse was very clean. Location was also perfect . Close to all provincial parks in the area. We went during the winter and it was the best get away . At -15c weather we were warm and cozy with our indoor fireplace. Joanne was very kind and friendly . So responsive with anything you need. Hands down a wonderful place to stay.

Great experience! The service was extraordinary, the location enchanted and what about the yurts. A real glamping experience. In addition to the fireworks of La St-Jean as a bonus. Only good reviews I would recommend the experience without hesitation.

The stay my partner and I had at this place was amazing to say the least. We stayed in the yellow yurt and it was an incredible experience in itself. Sam was there to greet us and even stayed back to make sure we got some firewood before close. We immediately knew we needed to stay more than one night and got the second night free from a deal they have going on! Washrooms are clean, beach is amazing, restaurant was closed due to off season but we will be back next year in the summer with our kids and potentially buying a trailer on the property!
