Great location for site seeing around Muscat! Host is very good and communication is great!

Naila was an absolutely fantastic host, she was attentive, understanding and extremely kind. Unfortunately we had problems with the app trying to extend our stay and because of this there was a huge delay in paying for the extra nights. Naila waited patiently and did not make us feel under pressure at all. We also requested an early check because we arrived to the airport at 9 am which Naila agreed to and sent us the check in details the night before to insure we received the details. Our stay was 10 stars and so was our host. As soon as I get back to Muscat I will book Naila's home again. I will also refer family and friends to her.

The apartment is well located and equipped with everything you need. Mehran is a great host and we definitely enjoyed our stay!

Top Choice for everyone who is looking for a solid homebase to make some daytrips. The Apartment offers everything you need - we are out most of the day, so we have no special needs. The only thing that did Not work for us was the usage of the Pool (we were told its for hotel guests only). All in all we had a very good time and would definitely recommend the place. Thanks Basel for having us!

I suggest Alharbi Mazaya apartment to all of my friends to have a nice experience in Muscat. The location was really excellent, and the prices are excellent. Thanks to the host Ms Bayan who was great at accommodating us, also special thanks to her brother Alhareth who was very helpful and very professional. Extremely recommend this place.

Yousef was a kind and gracious host. He was very quick to resolve an issue with the bed which had been broken by the previous guest. Almost immediately after informing Yousef, he attended the property and had the bed, frame and mattress replaced within hours. i roughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this property.

Great place and very clean with a good space

Great spacious space in Hawana Salalah, with a ground floor living room and the bedroom upstairs. Easy check-in with clear instructions, and the communication was smooth.

A very nice place which has perfect location. The area has a lot of restaurants, streets to take walks, sometimes there are even some events on the main square. Abdulla is a very good friendly host, he responded very fast and checked on us from time to time :) I would definitely stay here again!

A very hospitable host. Everything was as described and beyond. Really enjoyed the stay and will try to book with Abdullah for my next visit. The amenities around the residential were adequate and enough to save the trip far for the kitchen essentials. Access routes were very much of comfort to drive around the Muscat and way back to apartment.

We stayed with our family at this lovely house in the hawana resort. It was just great and lookes exactly like on the picture. Taufiq was also very friendly and reacted fast to our requests. We would stay here again.

Overall a great stay! Spacious villa with spacious rooms and clean in a safe and quiet compound. Although it was slightly far from certain places, it wasn’t a huge issue, very well worth it and would definitely stay here again!

The most stylish place you‘ll find in muscat. Located in a very nice neighborhood. The room has everything you‘ll need and the photos here doesn‘t do it any justice!

We had a wonderful stay at Ms. Heiderose's house in Qantab. The bed we used in the larger bedroom was very comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious and nice. We made breakfast every day and ate in the beautiful garden outside where you see the ocean and flowers. Ms. Heiderose and Mr. Rashid were always very helpful in response to our questions and requests. Qantab is a great base for exploring Muscat and taking roadtrips. We had a car and would go to Muttrah to the market for fresh fish and fruit or drive to the beaches down south or go out at night to the many excellent restaurants in the city. I would love to come stay here again!
