The words are not enough to describe the brother Hassan , Hassan Khadoum and the advisor of Amin and very interesting. We actually entered his house as guests and we got out of him friends as if you knew him from a while. As for a housing that was very comfortable and added with high privacy, there are all services , an integrated home to live for long periods of time and not bored of it . Indeed it was a good choice that I chose to stay in Hassan's house 👍 I will definitely come back to stay at his house. Recommended 👌

The room was really beautiful and so clean. There was even a chess set on the table which was a wonderful touch. Hassan was so kind and welcoming and really helped to make us feel completely at home. I loved the fact we could share a kitchen with other guests and chat but still had lots of space to ourselves. A really wonderful stay!

A very hospitable host. Everything was as described and beyond. Really enjoyed the stay and will try to book with Abdullah for my next visit. The amenities around the residential were adequate and enough to save the trip far for the kitchen essentials. Access routes were very much of comfort to drive around the Muscat and way back to apartment.

One of the best AirBnB experiences so far - and I have seen a lot. Big roomy house with balconies and even a small yard. Close to the harbour and airport. I will love to be back for sure.

Hassen is a great host! Very open-minded, he likes to share and exchange, making the stay even more enjoyable. He is generous and immediately comfortable, it feels like home. He is also very smart, we can talk about everything with him, and his many trips have brought him a great openness to the world. This is the best Airbnb I've ever done in Muscat! Amazing choice for mutrah on a budget

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2-bedroom villa in Muscat! The host was incredibly friendly and professional, accommodating our very early check-in request and frequently checking in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The villa is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Muscat’s attractions and offering convenient access to the highway for day trips outside the city. The property was well-equipped with all the essentials and more – from a TV, excellent air conditioning, and WiFi to extra kitchen appliances like an air fryer and sandwich maker. The parking space right outside the villa was also a huge plus for us. Overall, this is a fantastic option for a small family visiting Muscat. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

In short, one of the greatest stays I ever had at a hostel. Basil, the host, is an outstanding person. Extremely welcoming, always open for a chat about everything including Omani culture, and especially he gave us great recommendations for Muscat and for traveling the country. Next to that, the atmosphere at the hostel is very laid back and social. Basil is really fostering the idea of an inclusive and social environment where everybody can feel at home. Thank you again for an amazing stay at your hostel. We had such a great time in Oman and that's also thanks to your sincere hospitality.

Great spacious space in Hawana Salalah, with a ground floor living room and the bedroom upstairs. Easy check-in with clear instructions, and the communication was smooth.

the place was amazing .. much better than the photos .. the beach was near. we accessed the Jumeirah muscat bay hotel with a paid daily pass since we didn't brought an umbrella with us .. still anyone can use the free beach.. much recommend

Our host was most supportive and kind throughout our stay. The apartment and its location are exactly as described and our host prepared a very warm welcome that was above and beyond. Furthermore, the tranquility of the area and the atmosphere of the apartment made for a great year end vacation.

Beautiful studio, in a beautiful Marina. quiet, good atmosphere. Restaurants, pool, beaches. You're all set. Too bad the prices on the spot are so high. Luckily the city is 15 minutes away by car.
