Monthly Rentals in Oldsmar

The rental was so perfect for our needs. It was so nice and quiet and with the patio on the west side we had a lot of sunshine for our sun bathing. The only problem we had was with the water pressure in the shower. I think a high efficiency shower head would help. We would go back if given the opportunity.

Maday and Eric were wonderful and their home was actually much nicer than the photos so we were really pleased. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. They were very quickly responsive and when we had a problem they came right over and addressed it. Highly recommend.

We had the most amazing stay at Frank’s, from the moment we booked until check out, we were made to feel very comfortable and welcome. The space was immaculate and fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen, beautiful bedding and the bathroom had plenty of towels and extras in case we forgot anything. Frank and his family were quick to respond if we had any questions. My husband needed to fly home in an emergency and I didn’t hesitate and felt very safe staying there. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful and we were able to sit and enjoy some time outside soaking up the sun. We will defintely book with Frank and stay in the cozy space again. We loved Louisa’s Cottage and will definitely stay again as we have family within a mile. Jim was always on top of my questions. And the fact that he had a bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us..wow how wonderful. There is a lot of shopping and many good restaurants nearby.
