Monthly Rentals in Old Swan

Hasan was helpful and responsive, quick to reply to messages. The house is quiet but in a busy area, with shops cafes and takeaways all within a few minutes walk. We needed a place to stay while attending a family party, and this was perfect: space for us all, parking outside, a small but nice living room. We went out to Costa (2 minutes away) the next morning to enjoy coffee, breakfast and a discussion of the party! It fitted our needs exactly and we had a great weekend.

Such a wonderful stay! The place was super comfortable and had such a welcoming vibe. We really felt at home, and the little touches didn’t go unnoticed. Liverpool was great & the homestay made it even better!

I booked a last minute trip to Liverpool which happened to be the same weekend as the Grand National, so everywhere else in the city was very expensive. Marks place was great value, very clean, comfortable and felt safe. He was very responsive to messages and let us do a late check out which was really helpful. thanks for a great stay!

Louise and Tom were great hosts, communicating everything we needed to know, friendly and helpful and the house was clean, comfortable, with everything we needed and really convenient for shops. We had a lovely stay and would stay there again.
