Monthly Rentals in Old Man of Hoy

I could not recommend this stay enough. The home was beautiful - so much space and extra comfy beds! My favorite part of the stay was waking up in the morning, looking out the window to see the beautiful landscape, fields with sheep and stunning waters. I am in awe of this beautiful stay. ❤️ Also, our hosts were so accommodating, kind and responsive! We really hope to return soon.

Stayed with a group of 5 of us but the house never felt crowded. We arrived on the late ferry after dark and Lyndsey was kind enough to leave the lights on to make it easier to find. Her directions were very easy to follow too and we had no trouble finding it. The location is just stunning, we saw a variety of birds and watched a family of otters going about their day while having our own breakfast at the kitchen table. Lyndsey also left us a wonderful box of welcome goodies and there were plenty of towels and blankets. The house is very close to plenty of sites to see. All in all a perfect week away and we would absolutely stay again! Thank you so much.

Evelyn's cottage was a great place to stay, well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and dining room with fabulous view over the bay. Evelyn met us on arrival with a welcome basket of Orkney oatcakes and cheese. Stromness nearby, & cottage in ideal situation for Ness of Brodgar, Maes Howe.

Upstairs flat, 2 big bedrooms, big lounge and adequate kitchen. Located on the main street through Stromness. Close to ferry for the early departure. Easy enough to find. Perfect for our needs
