Monthly Rentals in Ocean Beach

The house is charming, spacious and cozy, well equipped with bedding, towels, bikes, toys, gadgets and anything else one would need on vacation. The kitchen is beautiful and functional, the living room airy and elegant, and there is a deep tub in the upstairs bathroom! There is an extravagantly large back deck secured by two sets of doors at each end, complete with an outdoor shower to wash off the sand. The beds are comfy and guarantee a good night's sleep. The location is superb--only a block to Ocean Beach village, midway between the Seaview and Ocean Beach ferries. Add to that a screen of lush vegetation that shields the house from the road. What more could a vacationer want or need? David was easy to communicate with and flexible and checking and checkout times.

So many wonderful things to say about Mario and this place. Clean, newly renovated, so many amenities and a quick walk to the beach and restaurant. Mario was very responsive and ensured our stay was comfortable. Would recommend to the Airbnb community!

Excellent stay! Hosts were responsive and very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The location is perfect and we had a wonderful time. Absolutely fantastic place in a perfect location on Fire Island. Maryann is also an incredible host—by far the smoothest communications process of any vacation rental I’ve stayed in. Would love to return to this place and check out some fantastic other properties she has. One word to the wise though— if you come early in FI offseason, there is a lot of maintenance work being done around town—-the neighbors across street somehow had someone power washing their fence for two days straight and there is some car traffic on the island. Not a dealbreaker but worth being mindful of…
