Monthly Rentals in Oakwood

My husband, dogs, and I stayed for a month at Samantha's place. It was very clean and in a very safe location. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood each evening and encountered many friendly neighbors. The only thing I would change about the stay was that I wish there was an extra set of linens provided. As a place that caters to long term stays, it would be nice to have an extra set of towels that can be used while the others are being washed. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would highly recommend Samantha's place!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while visiting my in-laws in Dayton. Phil was super nice and helpful, the place was very clean, and we got it a great price. No complaints - I highly recommend!

This is my third extension to my stay and I have continued enjoying living here while looking for a more permanent home. Kate is a great host, the location can't be beat, and I love the charm of the space and neighborhood!

We can't say enough exceptional things about our stay. It was the perfect environment for us to welcome the return of some warmer/sunny weather, as they have this amazing fully enclosed front porch! There are a series of sliding, glass doors (w/screens) wrapped around it! You can let in as little or as much fresh air as you wish. Also on the porch, in the corner, is this deep and crazy comfortable rounded/curved fabric couch. As beautiful as the inside is, it was hard to get us off that porch. The neighborhood is quite walkable, as there is a huge park all of about three blocks away, and there is a Walgreens just one block away. The design is lovely, the appliances are VERY nice and it is SO clean too! Also, something that is key for us? The hosts are extremely kind and prompt communicators to boot. We can't wait to return, and HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb!
