Our stay at Jovita's apartment was surprisingly comfortable and pleasant. I have only positive impressions from communicating with the very caring and sociable Jowita. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay, including a washing machine. The apartment was cozy, the beds were made with clean linen. The house is located in a quiet area, a five-minute walk from the main street, all shops are within walking distance. Thank you Jovita, see you next year.

Accommodation with Jacek was perfect, located in a quiet area next to the entrance to the spa park. We appreciate the opportunity to come with a pet, self check-in, a private parking space, and a garden by the apartment. Everything was clean, modern, and there was nothing missing in the apartment. Jacek was a great host, responsive and kind. Thank you and we'd love to come back to Polanica!

It was a very short stay, just for one night. We found no problem, we parked right next to the building. We arrived on a cold evening and we were welcomed by the coolness of the apartment. Luckily, after a few hours of turning on the heating, although it got warm at night. The apartment had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay. :)

It was perfect stay in superb nature. The best equiped kitchen we ever met. Jacek even provided a place to store our bikes and also toys for our children. Thank you!

We loved the place, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook from the little things we didn't expect to find :-). The host is accommodating, it's a quiet and welcoming location.

A very cozy cottage in an incredibly charming neighborhood. Peace, quiet, immediate proximity to the forest, hiking trails, and the little-known parts of the Golden/Rychlebski Mountains. Beautiful sky at night not confused by the light of a lighthouse. Perfect if someone is looking for a break from civilization with it at your fingertips (Lądek 10min away by car or less than an hour through the forest) Host very communicative, kind, and helpful. Access to a barbecue and a wood-burning fireplace is also a big plus. Well-maintained and clutter-free. However, if for some reason someone would focus on intensive use of the internet during their stay here, it is worth knowing that the gsm is residual or not at all, and the internet connection is at a moderate speed (e.g. playing a hd video on only one device at a time). I sincerely recommend the place and the host. My friends and I will be happy to come back here again.

Beautiful creekside house with outdoor seating. We very much appreciated the 2 bathrooms and the full kitchen. The owner was always quick to respond. There was even wood in the fireplace when we arrived. There's just nothing to complain about. A short walk from the house is an open-air museum, as well as a signpost with marked trails.

Cottage Marty is located at the end of Rokytnice and is a true oasis of peace. But it's very easy to access. It offers a large space "to the enclosure" both inside the cottage and outside :) For a stay with children, it is an ideal accommodation - there are lots of toys and a place to play in the cottage. Indoor facilities are sufficient. Marta and her colleague, with whom we communicated on the spot, were very welcoming and helpful. 100% recommend for those who want to relax in the outdoors with children (but also without them).

This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Poland so far! There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby and the apartment is perfect for relaxing. There are also plenty of toys to keep kids entertained. The host was very responsive, helpful, and even accepted special requests for arrival.

Beautiful house and we really enjoyed staying there !

Good place for 1 night after skiing in Ramzová

Functional apartment in a quiet area by the ski slope. Peace and quiet in the summer. Even on a hot day inside was nice. A parking space next to the building and a lockbox for a bike or ski in the building. The apartment is very well equipped and spacious.

We stayed here 4 and I must say as our first Airbnb place it was absolutely great. A cozy apartment with everything you need. The host always responded quickly and clearly, clearly and without any problems and answered any question. A big plus also for the ski storage room. The apartment maintains a lot of humidity, but there is also a dehumidifier, and if there is sufficient ventilation, it is not a problem at all.

We were very satisfied with the stay. The apartment is fully equipped and modernly furnished. Outside, there is a beautiful seating area in a quiet location. The attractions (Sky Walk, Sky Bridge) are within 30 minutes walking distance.

The apartment had all the basic necessities. The apartment was well equiped overall.
