We loved the place, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook from the little things we didn't expect to find :-). The host is accommodating, it's a quiet and welcoming location.

A very cozy cottage in an incredibly charming neighborhood. Peace, quiet, immediate proximity to the forest, hiking trails, and the little-known parts of the Golden/Rychlebski Mountains. Beautiful sky at night not confused by the light of a lighthouse. Perfect if someone is looking for a break from civilization with it at your fingertips (Lądek 10min away by car or less than an hour through the forest) Host very communicative, kind, and helpful. Access to a barbecue and a wood-burning fireplace is also a big plus. Well-maintained and clutter-free. However, if for some reason someone would focus on intensive use of the internet during their stay here, it is worth knowing that the gsm is residual or not at all, and the internet connection is at a moderate speed (e.g. playing a hd video on only one device at a time). I sincerely recommend the place and the host. My friends and I will be happy to come back here again.

We really enjoyed staying at Marianna's house. It's spacious and lovely decorated. The terrace is also a very nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The house and interior ar exactly as seen on the Air Bnb Website. Marianna is also a very good host. Although not present at the house, she replies to messages very quickly and is really helpful. You can walk from the house to the centre of Swidnica in about half an hour, but it's also possible to park your car for free halfway the route to the centre (close to the roundabout near to the Galeria). From the house you can also easily leave town for a trip by car to go sightseeing in Lower Silezia. The sites are for example reachable within 1,5 hours: Sbredna Fortress, Wroclaw, Stolowe mountains, Kodzko (Minieuropa), several mines (we visited the mineral mine in Szklay Huta), Walzbrych castle, Grodno Castle and much more. I recommend this place!

Cottage Marty is located at the end of Rokytnice and is a true oasis of peace. But it's very easy to access. It offers a large space "to the enclosure" both inside the cottage and outside :) For a stay with children, it is an ideal accommodation - there are lots of toys and a place to play in the cottage. Indoor facilities are sufficient. Marta and her colleague, with whom we communicated on the spot, were very welcoming and helpful. 100% recommend for those who want to relax in the outdoors with children (but also without them).

Accommodation in a quiet location - close to hiking, winter sports, etc. Overall, we rate our New Year's Eve stay very positively. The surprise was that the place actually looked even better than the photos provided on Airbnb. Fenced property is an advantage for visiting a place with a dog. The house met everything - kitchen equipment, linens, great retro stove, garage..The housekeeper had a nice clean upon arrival, the keys to the house went well.

We had a wonderful time! The house is very cosy, the garden is great and most of all it was so quiet. It was everything we hoped for. The environment is very pretty with lots to see and do. If you want a place to feel at home and relax, this is it! Sylvie is a very good host and she decorated the house beautifully. I'm sure we will be back 😊

Great weekend, the cottage offers complete privacy. A place behind the house fully prepared for a feast or campfire with stargazing. A communicative host, a place as described, and the opportunity to buy local products from the host! Best regards, and I recommend!

We highly recommend THIS DoM. The house is fully equipped, additional experiences on the property include a sauna and a banya. The perfect place for a trip with a larger group in the Owl Mountains. Direct trail to the Great Owl about 2 km from the house. The car can be parked for the whole weekend, walking distance to shops and restaurants in the nearby town of Sokolec. The atmospheric porch overlooking the garden was our favorite place to spend evenings. Efficient and quick communication with the host. Thank you for your hospitality.

Amazing stay, there was nothing missing. The pool is big and clean. Everything is beautiful and well maintained. The house is large and clean with several bathrooms. Lots of entertainment options. (basketball, football, handball, swimming tires, Playstation,.... ) Only one ping pong table was missing. (but wasn't important to us) Definitely worth the price. There is nothing negative to report.

A great place to stay for a larger group of friends with kids, plenty of space to sit inside and out. Perfect communication with the owner, flexible check-in and checkout times. I can highly recommend.

Well-equipped, beautiful cottage with a smaller ski slope right down the street. Perfect for a weekend or even a week stay with the whole big family. A kind and reliable host. Recommended.

We went to Zielanka with a workation to get away for a week from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were looking for a cozy cottage near nature, a place for afternoon walks, and quiet evenings by the fireplace, and all this Zielanka had to offer us. The cottage is warm and functional, and there are windows in the kitchen and living area overlooking nearby fields and forests. A huge plus for non-motorized people will be a nearby train station (~1.5h of the KD road from Wrocław, 10m walk from the station). The only thing that may be missing is wifi :) Fortunately, the coverage of the Plus and Play mobile network allowed us to work seamlessly remotely. With a peaceful conscience, we can recommend Zielanka to anyone who, like us, needs to change their surroundings and catch their breath. Thanks again for hosting.

An atmospheric cottage in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Forest, nature, no people, fireplace, fire pit, grill, large living room, well-equipped kitchen, large bedrooms. Very good cell phone coverage and wifi . Clean and comfortable. Far from the store, but close to the Bouda for beer ;) Very helpful and communicative host. Flexible check-in and checkout times. The perfect place to unwind in nature with family or friends. Doesn't want to leave here... I want to come back :)

The cottage is located in a beautiful picturesque area, surrounded by mountains. The views are wonderful, and the trails are right from the door. In winter, the possibility of sledding, warming up by the fireplace, in the summer probably the great use of the terrace and garden. The kitchen is well-equipped, very comfortable and functional. A large common space to play and relax, along with a large table. I recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Michal’s unique mountain retreat! From the start, he was super friendly, responsive, and kind, making us feel welcome and even recommending a great local restaurant. He lives nearby and was always available if we needed anything, which added a personal touch to our experience. The place itself is truly special - a cozy bunker-style hideaway in the remote Polish mountains. We visited in winter and used the fireplace to keep warm, but it wasn’t a problem as Michal provided plenty of firewood. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a quiet escape. The property also features a fire pit and a charming little forest, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the serene setting and appreciated Michal’s thoughtful hospitality. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a unique and peaceful getaway!

Communication went smoothly, and messages were always answered quickly. We enjoyed the apartment very much, it was clean and tidy. Overall we had a great weekend at the place!

The place it self is really good if you want to spend few nights with you partner or friends, only problem is that there are to much unnecessary staff that just take space.
