Loft vacation rentals in Nuevo Vallarta

Beautiful property! Great location at the top of a hill away from the bustle but a very short walk to restaurants and nightlife. The space itself is well-appointed and high quality. And we felt very safe staying there. No complaints, highly recommend this property.

Antonio was a super host! Excellent communication and fast to respond to my many inquiries. Appreciated the English correspondence as I do not speak Spanish well. Not as much sunshine in the condo or on the patio as I had hoped but still bright enough. Enjoyed the above ground floor convenience, no stairs nor elevators and close to amenities. Excellent value.

Wow! What a fantastic home! It is right down the street from Costco and La Comer (a high end grocery store) and tons of restaurants. The bus comes right on the street so you just need to stand in front of the house and flag it down— super convenient. We were so bummed that we found the restaurant Chai on our second to last day. Def check it out. Dante is very prompt for all questions or concerns. The house itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well appointed. We stayed for a month and are already planning our return trip this summer for a three-month stay. Excellent— def recommended!

The place was super cute with lots of space and in the heart of everything including restaurants, bars, shopping and steps from the beach. My only suggestion to the host is to make sure all of the light fixtures/bulbs and fans are properly working. Several of the lights were not working and therefore, it was not bright enough at times. Also, the ceiling fans were not working at its optimum and would stop eventually (not on a timer, which is that i initially thought). Due to location, it can get a little loud in the middle of the night and into the morning due to bars and patrons walking by. Otherwise, perfect for a fun and relaxing vacation. I will definitely stay there again!:)

Teresa and Arturo were very attentive and kind! We had to ask for a few small items and they responded immediately and kindly gave us many tips for places to visit in Mexico etc. The pool was lovely also. The walk to ‘town’ took us approx 5 minutes. Our only complaint was construction going on both at the complex as well as next door which was quite loud during our stay. Gracias Teresa & Arturo!

Tony was a great host and made me feel right at home. He was on top of everything. I would definitely recommend. A very easy walk to the Melecon (10 minutes) and right into the action. All the neighbors were great and very friendly. Many local markets along the route into town. A great place to stay, has everything you'll need. The pool is shared but while I was there it was shared 3 times, the rest was just me.

We really enjoyed our stay at Adrianas place and to top it off, she was a wonderful host! The space was exactly what we needed, clean and beautiful. It had everything we needed for our stay. The area is beautiful, safe and has an abundance of restaurants and really cool smaller local spots within walking distance. We would love to come back!

This place was amazing!! We almost didn’t believe it was real, but it absolutely was. The views from the balcony cannot be beat and the two levels made it feel much larger than a typical one bedroom suite. Samson Waters Team was responsive, respectful, and great to work with. We would 100% stay here again and recommend to our friends.

Alex’s place was better than described. The amenities in the condo and the complex were great. Bed was super comfy and huge! Sharp knives, filtered water and ice. All these little things and more made a huge difference in having the comforts of a home away from home. The area was great. Beautiful surprises of great restaurants and convenience around every corner. 10/10 would stay again.

Beautiful amenities- construction is taking place around the area, but it a beautiful modern building. You can walk to the main road for buses, etc, and you can be picked up directly out front. Great security! Beautiful views!

This place is literally 10mins away from the airport. A little bit further away from the busy area but it's nice, quiet and peaceful for a good night's rest, away from all the bars and night life. The roof top pool is amazing for mountain views and great to watch the sunset. You're a 5mins walk to chedraui grocery store which is a plus. The place is spotless! 10mins after booking we were inside the apartment. Great service! The washer dryer, shower works great! The security is wonderful, there's plenty of parking. All around wonderful stay! 💯% recommend!

My wife and I stayed a month at Hector's wonderful apartment. His place is sensational. It's easily accessible to everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer by a short cab ride or Uber. Additionally there is a oxxo on the corner and another store across the street. There is a wonderful shopping mall right around the corner within a short walking distance. The building staff was very friendly and helpful and the accommodations are spectacular. I would highly recommend this apartment. It's beautiful. Hector is the best host ever.

Although not very large, the loft has all the kitchen appliances and utensils to make a couple feel at home. Hector and his helpers are very quick to respond to our needs or make necessary corrections for the condo. In the neighborhood, everything is on foot and the bus stop is one block away. Great for Pitillal lovers!

I spent a week here. Absolutely fantastic location in the heart of La Cruz close to restaurants, stores, the marina. The apartment is wonderful cozy and all I needed for my weeks work in the boat yard

The place is perfect, it is quiet, they do not have a carport or place destined for a car, if you have no problem leaving the car outside or sometimes having no place in front of the apartment the place is perfect

The stay was pleasant, there was no need for anything, there are stores kiosko and places nearby to eat. Everything was very clean and accessible. Thanks again

The trip was cancelled due to some unforeseen circumstances but Priscilla was extremely helpful and understanding. I am familiar with the apartment as friends have stayed there in the past and they recommended it strongly as it is well located, clean, and good value for money. Unfortunately we weren't able to stay there ultimately but the host was excellent and so we hope to stay in the future.

Maria has a beautiful airbnb. With a lot of attention to details. I would highly recommend it to any guests.
