Loft vacation rentals in Nuevo Vallarta

Beautiful property! Great location at the top of a hill away from the bustle but a very short walk to restaurants and nightlife. The space itself is well-appointed and high quality. And we felt very safe staying there. No complaints, highly recommend this property.

Antonio was a super host! Excellent communication and fast to respond to my many inquiries. Appreciated the English correspondence as I do not speak Spanish well. Not as much sunshine in the condo or on the patio as I had hoped but still bright enough. Enjoyed the above ground floor convenience, no stairs nor elevators and close to amenities. Excellent value.

Wow! What a fantastic home! It is right down the street from Costco and La Comer (a high end grocery store) and tons of restaurants. The bus comes right on the street so you just need to stand in front of the house and flag it down— super convenient. We were so bummed that we found the restaurant Chai on our second to last day. Def check it out. Dante is very prompt for all questions or concerns. The house itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well appointed. We stayed for a month and are already planning our return trip this summer for a three-month stay. Excellent— def recommended!

The place was super cute with lots of space and in the heart of everything including restaurants, bars, shopping and steps from the beach. My only suggestion to the host is to make sure all of the light fixtures/bulbs and fans are properly working. Several of the lights were not working and therefore, it was not bright enough at times. Also, the ceiling fans were not working at its optimum and would stop eventually (not on a timer, which is that i initially thought). Due to location, it can get a little loud in the middle of the night and into the morning due to bars and patrons walking by. Otherwise, perfect for a fun and relaxing vacation. I will definitely stay there again!:)

Blanca and her family are Welcoming, helpful, kind. She gave me rides into town. Introduced me to neighbours. Was respectful of my privacy. I enjoyed my time with her. I would stay again. Thank you for everything Blanca. Stay Well. Hug 🤗 for little Blanca❤️

Teresa and Arturo were very attentive and kind! We had to ask for a few small items and they responded immediately and kindly gave us many tips for places to visit in Mexico etc. The pool was lovely also. The walk to ‘town’ took us approx 5 minutes. Our only complaint was construction going on both at the complex as well as next door which was quite loud during our stay. Gracias Teresa & Arturo!

Tony was a great host and made me feel right at home. He was on top of everything. I would definitely recommend. A very easy walk to the Melecon (10 minutes) and right into the action. All the neighbors were great and very friendly. Many local markets along the route into town. A great place to stay, has everything you'll need. The pool is shared but while I was there it was shared 3 times, the rest was just me.

We enjoyed staying here. It was good for the price. Bed was very comfortable. Host was accommodating and nice. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lofts on Basilio. The loft was wonderfully decorated, clean, and as described. The shower in particular was a highlight. The rooftop has some amazing views, but we ended up not using the pool as it was smaller than expected. Also, the street noise does travel into the unit, but didn't bother us during our stay. Overall I would recommend this spot for the location and loft set up!

We really enjoyed our stay at Adrianas place and to top it off, she was a wonderful host! The space was exactly what we needed, clean and beautiful. It had everything we needed for our stay. The area is beautiful, safe and has an abundance of restaurants and really cool smaller local spots within walking distance. We would love to come back!

We had a great stay here. Jorge was very helpful and proactive in sharing everything we would need prior to check in. The loft felt very safe and secure and was close enough to popular spots that we could walk to. Overall we loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book another!

Alex's large studio in the luxury Oasis Riveria Cuale complex was exactly as expected and described. The area is a typical Mexcan neighborhood and there is occasionally music, rooosters, or other ambient local sound, but nothing truly disturbing. The grounds of the building are georgeously lush; the front desk and security friendly and attentive. Alex's assistant, Nuit, was extraordinarily helpful and responsive. Also especially notable was the generous supply of expendables provided such as tp, paper towels, dish soap etc - much appreciated! The kitchen area is small but serviceable and well equipped with utensils and cookware.

Beautiful amenities- construction is taking place around the area, but it a beautiful modern building. You can walk to the main road for buses, etc, and you can be picked up directly out front. Great security! Beautiful views!

This place is literally 10mins away from the airport. A little bit further away from the busy area but it's nice, quiet and peaceful for a good night's rest, away from all the bars and night life. The roof top pool is amazing for mountain views and great to watch the sunset. You're a 5mins walk to chedraui grocery store which is a plus. The place is spotless! 10mins after booking we were inside the apartment. Great service! The washer dryer, shower works great! The security is wonderful, there's plenty of parking. All around wonderful stay! 💯% recommend!

My wife and I stayed a month at Hector's wonderful apartment. His place is sensational. It's easily accessible to everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer by a short cab ride or Uber. Additionally there is a oxxo on the corner and another store across the street. There is a wonderful shopping mall right around the corner within a short walking distance. The building staff was very friendly and helpful and the accommodations are spectacular. I would highly recommend this apartment. It's beautiful. Hector is the best host ever.

I spent a week here. Absolutely fantastic location in the heart of La Cruz close to restaurants, stores, the marina. The apartment is wonderful cozy and all I needed for my weeks work in the boat yard

It was nice to interact with the locals, they help always,groceries and the water was 5minutes away ,if you like country living ,here it is ,going to the plaza and the church very lovely ,Veronica is the best host ,friendly with people

Elizabeth and Raul were very accommodating, they are incredibly wonderful people. The place was like the photos, the A/C works fantastic, water pressure was very light but still good enough for us! Would love a coffee maker and blender(only because we love our morning smoothies). We will be going back for sure! Thank you for an amazing stay…again :)

I highly reccomend this place. The host was great, the lodging was comfortable and clean and in a great walkable area 4 blocks from the beach.

Comfortable accommodation, very clean and well-equipped. The apartment is set back from the street so it's not noisy, I really enjoyed it. The host is very attentive and friendly and responds quickly to messages. The only less favorable point for me is that the accommodation is a bit far from the beach and sometimes it's complicated with buses to get there. Everything else is great, I would recommend this listing!
