Loft vacation rentals in Nuevo Vallarta

Beautiful property! Great location at the top of a hill away from the bustle but a very short walk to restaurants and nightlife. The space itself is well-appointed and high quality. And we felt very safe staying there. No complaints, highly recommend this property.

Antonio was a super host! Excellent communication and fast to respond to my many inquiries. Appreciated the English correspondence as I do not speak Spanish well. Not as much sunshine in the condo or on the patio as I had hoped but still bright enough. Enjoyed the above ground floor convenience, no stairs nor elevators and close to amenities. Excellent value.

Wow! What a fantastic home! It is right down the street from Costco and La Comer (a high end grocery store) and tons of restaurants. The bus comes right on the street so you just need to stand in front of the house and flag it down— super convenient. We were so bummed that we found the restaurant Chai on our second to last day. Def check it out. Dante is very prompt for all questions or concerns. The house itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well appointed. We stayed for a month and are already planning our return trip this summer for a three-month stay. Excellent— def recommended!

The place was super cute with lots of space and in the heart of everything including restaurants, bars, shopping and steps from the beach. My only suggestion to the host is to make sure all of the light fixtures/bulbs and fans are properly working. Several of the lights were not working and therefore, it was not bright enough at times. Also, the ceiling fans were not working at its optimum and would stop eventually (not on a timer, which is that i initially thought). Due to location, it can get a little loud in the middle of the night and into the morning due to bars and patrons walking by. Otherwise, perfect for a fun and relaxing vacation. I will definitely stay there again!:)

Blanca and her family are Welcoming, helpful, kind. She gave me rides into town. Introduced me to neighbours. Was respectful of my privacy. I enjoyed my time with her. I would stay again. Thank you for everything Blanca. Stay Well. Hug 🤗 for little Blanca❤️

Teresa and Arturo were very attentive and kind! We had to ask for a few small items and they responded immediately and kindly gave us many tips for places to visit in Mexico etc. The pool was lovely also. The walk to ‘town’ took us approx 5 minutes. Our only complaint was construction going on both at the complex as well as next door which was quite loud during our stay. Gracias Teresa & Arturo!

Tony was a great host and made me feel right at home. He was on top of everything. I would definitely recommend. A very easy walk to the Melecon (10 minutes) and right into the action. All the neighbors were great and very friendly. Many local markets along the route into town. A great place to stay, has everything you'll need. The pool is shared but while I was there it was shared 3 times, the rest was just me.

The studio is a nice space, the pools in the condominium are lovely and the location is right on the beach!

Alondra, was always on the lookout, at all hours, helped us with doubts we had, and was very patient, the place is very nice and quiet, we loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lofts on Basilio. The loft was wonderfully decorated, clean, and as described. The shower in particular was a highlight. The rooftop has some amazing views, but we ended up not using the pool as it was smaller than expected. Also, the street noise does travel into the unit, but didn't bother us during our stay. Overall I would recommend this spot for the location and loft set up!

Adriana was an excellent host and very responsive when we had an issue with the water heater pilot being turned off. The unit is clean and a good size. It comes well equipped with towels, soap and shampoo. The unit could benefit from a drying rack for the balcony so you don’t have to run the dryer. The washroom set up is quite unique not allowing for a lot of privacy so you need to be very comfortable with the person you are staying with. The building itself is new and a great location - walking distance to many great restaurants, a grocery store and the beach. The rooftop pool is a great location to take in the sun and you can see the ocean.

Amazing stay!!! Felt super safe and loft had everything we needed. Security guards so nice. Sometimes there wasn’t enough hot water for the shower and the hot tub didn’t seem to warm up, but would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Alex's large studio in the luxury Oasis Riveria Cuale complex was exactly as expected and described. The area is a typical Mexcan neighborhood and there is occasionally music, rooosters, or other ambient local sound, but nothing truly disturbing. The grounds of the building are georgeously lush; the front desk and security friendly and attentive. Alex's assistant, Nuit, was extraordinarily helpful and responsive. Also especially notable was the generous supply of expendables provided such as tp, paper towels, dish soap etc - much appreciated! The kitchen area is small but serviceable and well equipped with utensils and cookware.

This is our second trip to Puerto Vallarta and we wanted an apartment in this area because we have friends who live nearby and we know the neighborhood. Several grocery stores, convenience stores, and restaurants are within walking distance. For our three-week stay, this place was perfect for both of us. We had the essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. The washer is also appreciated. Be aware that there are 15 steps to climb to get to the floor where the master bedroom is located, consisting of a comfortable king bed. The second bedroom is on the first floor and it's a sofa bed. There are 2 computer desks with chairs. The internet is excellent. The rooftop view is stunning and the pool is nice. The site is safe.

This condo was very nice and had a great view. It was centrally located and it was easy to access everything with a short walk.

Beautiful beautiful Airbnb right in the heart of zona romantica, this is hands down the best pool and sunset views you can find in PV right now, the bar at the pool is great, the people are friendly and the place itself is great — comfy beds, fast WiFi, beers left in the fridge for me! Host very responsive, super secure building — felt like home — would 100% recommend and definitely will stay here next time I’m in town! Thanks for having me!

I spent a week here. Absolutely fantastic location in the heart of La Cruz close to restaurants, stores, the marina. The apartment is wonderful cozy and all I needed for my weeks work in the boat yard

The accommodation was very good, the attention and above all the location we have everything close by convenience stores, public transport is easy to take and that leaves you close to the accommodation I stayed with my family all we are very comfortable price and nice the place I definitely recommend this accommodation and I would return every time 🫶

This was an ideal location and the accommodations were just lovely! Diana was responsive and helpful throughout. I loved having the cafe on the first floor of the building--when I came back at night, there were always patrons near the front door, helping me feeling safe as I got back in. Would love to return sometime soon!

Super friendly and hospitable host! My Dad and I arrived without much of a plan so we had to extend our stay and the hosts were very helpful and tried their best to accomodate our needs. I would definitely rebook with Elizabeth!

The location is very good, quiet place and convenience stores nearby. If you take a car the place is quiet. Highly recommended, very attentive host for whatever you need. I would definitely come back.
