The place is amazing, everything is very clean, the service is extremely good, they were all super friendly. Heriberto's attention my respects, attentive to everything and worried that one does not lack anything! The bed was very comfortable and the terrace area with the pool is amazing!!! I loved staying there!! It is a few minutes walk to the beach, the location is perfect, you can walk everywhere, to the bars, restaurants to everything!!! I'll definitely contact him again in the future to stay there again!!

This is a fantastic place to stay, especially before or after a longer trip in PV. I stayed one night here before traveling south to Mismaloya. I highly recommend this place. The staff are kind and accommodating. I arrived and had a beautiful cocktail right away. Very easy to check in. The breakfast was wonderful, the flavors were just right. The hotel is only about a 15 minute walk to the Marina and the neighborhood is safe. I walked home alone from the Marina as a single traveler around 10:00 and felt fine. The ease and flexibility of this place makes it a gem. Definitely recommend this place.

We had a very unique and unforgettable experience here! The amenities (pool, shared kitchen) were comfortable to use. The host, Robert, is very kind and provided useful tips. Unfortunately, the room was a bit small for the 3 of us. We also weren’t sure if the bedding had been cleaned prior to our arrival. Other than that it was a great stay!

My 2nd floor suite in the Villa Mercedes Petit Hotel fulfilled my accommodation needs for my time in PVR. The location is great (i.e., close to the popular beach day clubs, restaurants, and nightlife), the suite was clean, there was plenty of storage space for my things in the suite, the check-in / check-out process was very easy, and the balcony in my suite had a partial view of the ocean and a full view of Blondie's. The two dogs roaming the property were very well-behaved and sweet, but they would start barking in the morning before I was ready to wake up. Also, the bed was very firm and, being a side sleeper, my hips are sore after 6 nights. However, aside from the occasional dog barks, I was still able to sleep just fine.

The hotel was just lovely. Thee view over the church of the ocean was perfect and the balcony was wonderful to relax on in the morning and evenings. The place is unique, tastefully decorated, and the staff was more than helpful! At one point I messaged our host through the app asking where we could buy a couple tiny screws for our broken luggage, within 30 seconds he sent his staff, Ramon up to fix it! The downtown area is a little noisy, if that's something that bothers you, I might suggest bringing ear plugs, but totally worth it for the proximity and ambiance.

We had an excellent stay. Thanks to Robert for being so accommodating with our luggage on arrival. Robert was very responsive and friendly. Our room was clean and the surroundings were lovely. We enjoyed walking around finding small coffee shops and pubs near by. Thanks again for everything!
