Great stay.

The Breakwater is spectacular! We stayed in the Lobster Pound for four magical nights. Waking up to the sun pouring in the huge windows facing the bay was thrilling every morning! Inside the place was perfect: tastefully and thoroughly equipped to meet all our needs. We especially appreciated the binoculars, the motorized shades to maximize our privacy/views and Stew and Cheryl’s personal recommendations for sites and seafood!

Great place for a group with a very private area, beautiful surroundings, and lots of space in the house. Very thoughtful gesture to welcome us with bottles of wine to help celebrate a birthday.

Can’t say enough about this place. Impeccable with a beautiful ocean view and peaceful surroundings. A lovely little welcome gift was a special touch. Cheryl and Stew came by to introduce themselves and they were very kind and welcoming. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable was thought out. The quality of the villa was outstanding and so beautiful it truly is one of a kind! It was our second stay but won’t be our last!

The location is absolutely beautiful and more spacious than the photos show. We enjoyed watching the wildlife and rolling fog from the bright open windows throughout the house. The host is very excited to share the experience with guests by providing kayaks and local food/ activity recommendations. The property is well looked after by a neighbor / property manager who has great recommendations as well! The property is remote but still within reasonable driving distance of Halifax and other tourist destinations. We recommend you get groceries on your way in though as there are limited grocery options in immediate area. Farmers markets are easily found and have best of NS. Highly recommend for a beautiful and relaxing vacation!

We had a lovely stay for a men’s golf trip at Corrine’s. The place was beautiful, incredible views and scenery, nicely landscaped. The house was large, lots of space for 8 guys, comfortable beds, and great outdoor hangout space. The water at the beach was very warm. We were able to get a shuttle into Moncton for a evening out, and no trouble getting back to the spot after our evening. Highly recommend the place!

Good location close to beach, plenty of parking. Well maintained property with all the required amenities

It was an interesting stay for the host and for our group. First, I got a message that the air conditioning had failed the day before we arrived and the repair people were not available until after our stay. So the hosts put fans in all of the rooms! Then the hurricane came and it was not safe to stay. We left the day the hosts were coming to secure the house for the storm. And they initiated a refund for the days we could not stay! You can’t ask for more from hosts! The house is lovely and a great place to stay!

It was a wonderful place to stay there was 6 of us girls really thought everything was well stocked from kitchen needs to towels ,facecloths, blankets,pillows, popcorn and treats, movies It is a wonderful place to stay lots of room and very clean

We had a family gathering here. The place was clean, big, lots of things to do (inside and out) and we felt right at home. Deborah was very responsive and accommodating. The view and dock were amazing and the deck outside was plenty big for us all. When the weather turned we went under the deck. The place is perfect for getting everyone together. Would definitely book again.

This is our third time at Moniques and it is more wonderful each time. Monique is a professional host and the house is spectacular. What a wonderful part of NB especially for us, as our kids are in French immersion. Beach right down from the house is beautiful and everything you need can be bought locally. We drove into Shediac for a couple patio meals and pier jumping. So sad to head home but we will be back to NB!

Sean was awesome with his instructions and was very responsive and friendly, The Private Hot Tub and community pool were great. It’s only about 7 min drive to cavendish with everything imaginable to do. I Would 100% recommend to stay at Sean’s Place, you won’t be disappointed. We Hope to come back next summer!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Crystal’s villa. It was spacious and comfortable, and the access to laundry was key for our longer trip through the Maritimes. The location was ideal for exploring the Island, our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! The pool was wonderful after a long day of driving as well! Highly recommend grabbing a bite to eat at Sou’West - the best mussels we had while visiting, and a beautiful location with live music on the Friday we visited. We were able to take advantage of the fun of Cavendish for our 6 year old while also being in close enough proximity to amazing beaches like Greenwich, and squeezed in a visit to Basin Head prior to boarding the ferry to NS.

We certainly enjoyed our stay. Quiet area, home was well equipped with whatever we needed. Check in was ideal, and would definitely return.
