Shey was an incredible host! She was so communicative, attentive, and thoughtful. She had a welcome basket with a variety of drinks and treats ready for us upon our arrival. More importantly, the place was beautiful and private with the most spectacular view. Our kids felt right at home in their place. Having a pool in Saipan is an amazing bonus that we definitely took advantage of! We cannot thank Shey enough for her hospitality. She thought of everything we could ask for and took care of everything we needed. We truly had the best time during our stay and cannot wait to come back! 1000% recommend to everyone!

Victoria’s Place was absolutely amazing! Everything in the house was high-end, and it’s clear that Victoria has poured her heart, soul, time, and passion into every detail. Cristina especially loved all the art and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed—we were even able to cook a full dinner. The home was spotless, in a great location with beautiful views, and so peaceful—we never heard another person. Our only minor complaints were that parking was a bit tight (we had to move some large trash cans to get out because another car was blocking the driveway) and the air conditioning didn’t quite get the space as cool as we would have liked. That said, our stay was still fantastic, and we’d absolutely return. Well worth the money!

Chris is friendly and responsible! Our 1st stay was at his San Roque house and the 2nd was at this one. It is a cozy yet spacious place with a hot shower! The striking multiple blue colors ocean view from the apartment is unforgettable! We will surely stay at one of Chris’s properties next time again! Thank you Chris! M&C
