Raja was an excellent host and very accommodating to our situation. Her space was clean. The location was convenient and free parking was not hard to find. 10/10 stay and would love to come back. Thank you!

This eight-room boutique hotel was sparkling clean and conveniently located for access to Montreal nightlife without the nightlife happening right outside your window. The suite was spacious and comfortable for the value. The kind sized bed was soft and comfortably made with lots of layers and down pillows. The bathroom had all of the little toiletries that one might forget when traveling. Turgay was a helpful host with tips about the neighborhood and his building manager drove with my boyfriend in a snow storm when we arrived to help him finding the parking area. We look forward to staying again in what is quickly becoming one of our favorite places.

My husband and I were in the area just for the night to pick up a family member for a road trip. The location in the Depot Square connected to me, as my mom used to take me to the Farm Shoppe when I was little. I wish I had the time to eat there but we left very early. The location was convenient, different for sure - but well done. Easy, spacious, comfortable & clean. Very reasonably priced. Would absolutely stay again when visiting back home.

My husband and I wanted to do a relaxing getaway in a place with a jacuzzi... This was perfect. Its in the middle of National Harbor, so its right next to all sorts of restaurants etc. The suite is great, featuring a kitchen, living room, master bedroom and bath with jacuzzi, and 2nd bedroom and bathroom. We could eat out or eat in, since there is a CVS within walking distance.

This was a great place to stay as a family for a ski trip! Easy ski on/ski off access to the mountain with ski lockers was a huge plus. Easy enough to walk to a few restaurants. The kids love the movie theater, pool and game room. Very clean and friendly/helpful staff at front desk.

Great location on the “main” street, Warren Street. The owner made a point of introducing herself and showed us another Air BNB unit in the building, her outdoor garden and studio. We appreciated the warm welcome she extended to us. Thank you! Bettina, Meredith and Lauren

This apartment in a hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Two bedrooms with surprisingly good quality mattresses and everything in the apartment is in great shape. The elevator shows the age of the hotel, but things inside the apartment were clearly updated and well maintained. We are very happy about our stay. Thank you Prashant!

We had a great stay in NY. The apartment was nice and updated - great views from the windows. Each room was clean and had its own thermostat. There was more storage than anyone could ever need. The front desk was helpful. The building had good amenities too: huge laundry room with games (ping pong/billiards/foosball) and a gym. It was also pretty close to the subway/ferry.

Fantastic space, great value, good style. Room was very comfortable and clean, the staff in the coffee shop downstairs were very friendly, and there were a TON of killer restaurants in easy walking distance.

Really appreciated the homelike feel of the Phenix. We were able to set up for a long stay and feel at home in the facility.

Absolutely loved the apartment and the area. Unfortunately there was no toaster, kettle, or clothes drying rack - all of which would have helped. There were pans but the one time I tried to use the stove I set off the very sensitive smoke alarm. I did try to make some requests to make the space more practical, but the host was not flexible or able to accommodate any requests. In this way the place did not feel “personal” or welcoming. Felt like an inflexible business which it is. But the actual space is wonderful and liveable and I would stay again - next time I would buy my own toaster!

Nice for a quick stay, especially if you’re going to Gillette Stadium. Host is extremely helpful.

Great location and very responsive throughout the whole stay! Proactively reached out prior to our stay and was accommodating with when we were arriving during a busy holiday weekend. Would highly recommend!

I couldn't get the tv to work but, maybe it wasn't included, happy that I brought instant coffee to make in the microwave

Really enjoyed my stay, & the value is def worth the amount of amenities you get compared to other locations & especially motels/hotels. Was peaceful & had no issues my entire stay, even extended my stay an extra week.

Stay often, always consistent. If you want a good clean place to stay with basic amenities this is your spot.
