We had a wonderful stay here. 5 minute walk to great location of restaurants and the beach. The place is nice and quiet. Check in / out was easy and quick. Marjorie was extremely fast and responsive to any needs. Would stay again! :)

Hot tub on the balcony with a great view is kinda hard to not enjoy. Everyone was friendly and had 0 issues with anything.

Great Stay, place was actually more spacious than it looks. Rooftop lounge was fun. Close to the lakers stadium, close to dodger stadium if your a sports fan. Clean and pretty modern place.

Loved this location. It was just like the pictures. The outside looks a little sketchy but the inside is beautiful. Definitely walkable!

Second time staying at Connie's place for a race weekend. Connie is the best AirBnB host I have ever worked with. Her place and hospitality is off the charts. This will be the place I look to book any time I am in Daytona Beach!

Great find that’s walking distance from the strip! Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend if you’re seeing a show at the Sphere. Less than a 10 minute walk from the Sphere. Also, very quiet. I felt safe with the guard gates and it was peaceful.

The room was the perfect overnight for us on a long road trip. Very clean, well decorated, had everything we needed. It's an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops too. Thanks!!

Great location. Great front desk staff. Room was big and spacious for New York standards especially. I arrived way earlier than my check-in time and was allowed to check in early for a fair fee. There was construction happening the day I checked in, so the hot water was off for about 8hrs, but it was out of the control of the building as many restaurants and other buildings in the area were also without hot water. I spoke with the staff manager and asked for a late checkout in exchange for the inconvenience and she accommodated me without hesitation. The hot water was the only hiccup during my 3 night stay, but I was satisfied with the staff’s response. Would 100% stay here again and again. My go-to spot in NYC moving forward.

This was exactly what we needed location-wise and it exceeded our expectations in every other way…new, clean, well appointed furnishings. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping and along the lake. We will definitely stay here next time.

I couldn't get the tv to work but, maybe it wasn't included, happy that I brought instant coffee to make in the microwave

This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.

Enjoyed my stay here. It’s economical and comfy . John’s a great host and I’d stay here again!
