Barrett’s place is one of the best places we’ve stayed at and my favorite place in Northstar. The ski in ski out cannot be beat, parking is so convenient, and the heated pools and hot tubs are an added plus. Kitchen doesn’t have any oil or basic spices so do come prepared if you plan on cooking. It has all the kitchen tools and plates and utensils ofc. Check in check out was a breeze and Barrett’s communication is also excellent. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to come back again!

Fabulous place to stay. Quiet and yet very walkable location. Short drive to beaches and provided beach equipment. Definitely coming back next year 😁

We have stayed in a unit like this before but this unit had nicely updated furniture! love the apartment size and main floor with balcony. Michelle gave very good instructions for check in. We left something behind and Ladonna at the front desk was very kind and went out if her way to save the day!

We had a wonderful stay here. 5 minute walk to great location of restaurants and the beach. The place is nice and quiet. Check in / out was easy and quick. Marjorie was extremely fast and responsive to any needs. Would stay again! :)

We loved our star at the Newpark Hotel. They had a text service that allowed us to communicate quickly and they were very attentive to all of our requests. The daily cleaning was very handy and they came exactly when we requested so our stay wasn’t disturbed.

Second time staying at Connie's place for a race weekend. Connie is the best AirBnB host I have ever worked with. Her place and hospitality is off the charts. This will be the place I look to book any time I am in Daytona Beach!

This stay was perfect. Got a room last min because our plans changed. Pretty much right in town, if wasn't snowing we would have easily walked to downtown. Perfect location we realized, it's close to everything. Noticed it was a SUPER quiet neighborhood! Dont even think I heard one car during my stay. SUPER clean. Always stayed perfect temperature inside. Host responded immediately. Booked because it wasn't overpriced like most places, but enough to ensure cleanliness and hospitality ~ The price was great for the guest suite we needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Location was great! Walking area to many different restaurants. Home was just as described couldn’t feel more at home. Definitely would stay again.

I wish I had gotten the employee's name. She was super helpful and on the ball. Our key wasn't working so she made sure to go up with us and figure out the problem. it was quiet and comfortable.

Rov’s apartment is cozy and clean! Easy check in and they made sure there was a travel crib for our baby. We found the building to be pretty quiet, and stayed very warm even through a snowstorm. Having the washer dryer and outside space was really great.

We LOVED our stay!! From the moment we set foot inside to the moment we left we never needed anything that wasn’t already provided or already taken care of! We’ve been to NY many times, but this is our first time staying not in Manhattan and the subway was very accessible! So much more space than your typical hotel room. Couldn’t recommend this space more!

I couldn't get the tv to work but, maybe it wasn't included, happy that I brought instant coffee to make in the microwave

I was on a work trip, this was the perfect place for me. I needed a table or a desk to work off of and they found one from another room to accommodate me. Teri, was very pleasant and friendly, she was helpful. And gave me directions to what ever I needed. I’ll definitely be staying there again when I’m working in the area.

John’s place was easy to find, I felt super comfortable and safe. Would stay here again if I was in town.

Really enjoyed my stay, & the value is def worth the amount of amenities you get compared to other locations & especially motels/hotels. Was peaceful & had no issues my entire stay, even extended my stay an extra week.

This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.

Enjoyed my stay here. It’s economical and comfy . John’s a great host and I’d stay here again!
