Excellent! The comfort, the warm atmosphere, the amenities, the spacious house and the personal touch of Ben, makes it a house where beautiful memories can be made with family or good friends. The communication with Ben was excellent and it is nice to discover on the water against the old town of Stavoren, south west Fryslan. A house to come back again!

Philippe was an extremely welcoming and accommodating host: he allowed us to arrive and leave at a time that suited us. He gave us many tips for us to have a wonderful stay. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped. There was everything you need to host a large group like ours. Some amenities show signs of aging but we explained everything to Philippe and he will take care of it. The garden was large, well flowered and fully fenced which was perfect for our dogs. We had a lovely weekend at Philippe's and, apart from the price that seemed excessive, we have nothing to reproach this accommodation.

Our stay at Xer's house was great and we had everything we needed. Xer was also super quick to reach and helped us immediately when we had small starting difficulties with the heating. The place matches the pictures and it was very nice and quiet and relaxed. :)

The house is beautiful in lovely peaceful surroundings. The pool was lovely and we had everything we needed. Elena was responsive and came and met us when we arrived to show us around the house and tell us how everything worked. The listing was informative and we were able to follow the instructions to find the house without any problems, the area is very quiet but there are shops and tram station very close by.

We had a lovely stay with the whole family! (9 adults and 3 babies). The space is even more beautiful and larger in person than in the pictures! The house is clean and well maintained, the kitchen is very fully furnished. You can enjoy hiking in the environment. Dita was always quick to respond to all messages. In short, a nice stay in a fantastic place, very suitable for large families or groups of friends.

We had a nice week in Ypres. The house is within walking distance of the city and at the same time very private. Spacious kitchen, with all the comforts. The bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor are on the small side, upstairs the rooms and bathroom are more spacious. Communication with Dirk was very smooth, clear instructions and he is definitely ready if you have any questions or want tips. In short, this house is recommended!

She made everything really easy, giving us clear instructions on how to get into the villa and all the other details we needed. Even though the weather wasn’t great, we still had a lovely time. We visited Dunkirk and enjoyed the seaside. 🌧️🌊 The villa was just as described and definitely worth the price. 💰 We're so glad we chose this place. Sofie's house is beautifully furnished and equipped with every comfort. The place is wonderfully quiet with a nice sunny garden. All communication was fast and easy. We had wonderful days and highly recommend this house!

Désirée is super nice in communication, very friendly and open and really a nice hostess. Upon arrival, a welcome drink and a drinks board, how welcoming! The house is also beautiful, really incredibly beautiful and large and equipped with all the comforts. Highly recommended for everyone!

We had a lovely weekend at Villa Heidebloem. The house and the area are beautiful. The sauna and hot tub have been used a lot. And the glass house is perfect for a cozy evening. Contact with host went smoothly. Highly recommend!

It was beautiful days together my parents, brother and little one of my older brother, we were able to unload, recharge and connect as a family. In addition, the house is also inspiring especially as an entrepreneur, creative to realize what is possible in terms of living but also to come to new ideas and insights.

I was lucky enough to spend a long weekend with my friends at Anne's villa. We had a fantastic time! Communication with Anne was great. Any question could be answered and you never had the feeling of disturbing. I can only recommend a stay.

We really enjoyed staying with Bart and Sandie. The house has a very beautiful garden with swimming pond (some of us have ventured the dive!). Bart and Sandie are very accessible, friendly host and hostess!

The place was just fantastic. Quiet location close to Amsterdam. Top amenities. Sauna and hot tub included. Also a giant grill that worked great. Suitable for a relaxing weekend with family and friends. And a trip to Amsterdam is also in. The hosts were very friendly and always quick to respond and also flexible with arrival and departure times. There was everything you needed. Highly recommend.

Had a very nice stay, nice accommodation with a spacious garden. Anything you need is present. Also a nice communication with the manager/owner. The door no longer opened and a mechanic was sent right away. Would love to come back here again sometime!

Overall a truly perfect stay. The house was exactly as imagined and hoped for. A lot of space, lots of sleeping options, sauna, bathtub, great kitchen and and and.. Sabrina also left the pool "open" so we could have ice bathing before and after each sauna session. Simply phenomenal and highly recommended. Note on the four star categories. I was extremely small here now. The location is on a busy road and not in the countryside - it didn't bother us, but you might want to know. The apartment was also super clean and tidy, but of course you notice that otherwise you are used to it. And that didn't bother either but it's not a five-star hotel now. As mentioned - I was very small now so I don't give five stars everywhere! 😅 But highly recommend for six people in total!
