Guesthouse vacation rentals in North Sea

A beautiful and complete cottage in a peaceful place. We were warmly welcomed by Astrid and had very nice days here with a few friends. The cottage was very fully equipped, everything was there and everything was clean. Who knows, we might come back.

was for us the second time at Pascale and definitely not the last time. In order, tidy, everything available. Very friendly hostess who always comes to see if everything is in order. There were also two local beers ready. We are fans and so are our dogs.

With Kristien, you can relax he-le-maal! It is a beautiful house where you will not lack anything. Everything is spotlessly clean and new! Everywhere there is green and nature. The lounge area with sauna is the icing on the cake. I will definitely be back!

A very comfortable stay! We hadn't realised the couch/sitting area was in one of the bedrooms. Which is not necessarily a problem and probably only relevant on winter.

Very cute, cozy house. We felt super comfortable with the large group. There is everything you need. The kids loved it too. The train station is just around the corner and it is easy to make excursions to other cities (e.g. to Cuxhaven). The children were also happy to take part in the city tour.

A nice and cozy guesthouse, surrounded with woods. Best place to hang around with couple and make some barbecue. Definitely recommend!

Margriet and Ruurd are wonderful hosts—responsive and flexible in communication, warm and welcoming in person, and reliable in every way. Their little house is cozy and equipped with everything you need. Perfect!

We had a lovely weekend at Annerike and Martin's cottage. For us, this was the perfect base to see the nearby places (Deventer, Zutphen, Apeldoorn) and the beautiful nature. We were very kindly received and said hello, and the space itself was also great. The only downside (for light sleepers) is maybe the busy 80 road that runs right past the house, but we were immediately pointed out and we also proactively got the tip to open another window at night. Nice surprises were the many birds you encounter everywhere (sometimes unexpectedly) in the house; you can actually do a bird count inside (hint: there are more than 100 ;-) ). Who knows, we might come back again to see if it's even more!

We stayed at Gerrit's for the second time and it's just beautiful there! Great decor, the pool is pure relaxation and the kids have fun with the animals and in the garden!

The tiny house is really cozy! It is absolutely quiet and private, in addition, it is significantly more spacious than you might think. It is also well equipped, everything is really there for the kitchen and bathroom, the mattresses are hard. The location is also great, walking distance to the beach and town center in less than 10 minutes. The stairs are sporty steep, you should be good to walk:)

Friendly welcome by the owner of the beautiful and comfortable guesthouse in the old part of Huizen and close to shops and restaurants, among other things. The guesthouse is exactly as described and met our expectations.

We stayed at Adrie’s place for a family weekend and had a fantastic time. The house was super clean, very well equipped and Adrie was a very welcoming host. We can definitely recommend staying there!

We had a very nice weekend at Erna's place. The cottage is in the backyard and you sit comfortably private. Thank you for having your own terrace and the fire bowl is a bonus. The cottage itself has all the comforts. Everything is nice and clean. The bed is wonderful. However, the rituals products are a pampering. The extras such as a bottle of wine, some beers and soft drinks in the fridge, the fruit, chocolates, cookies and Nespresso coffee make you experience a feeling of luxury. And then Erna's breakfasts. What a nice way to start the day! Sweet, savory, egg, fresh juice and fresh fruit. Lots of variety and the second day again different from the first day. Erna is very friendly and helpful and responds quickly to messages. We had a very nice time at Erna's and definitely recommend her garden shed. And if we look for another B&B in that area, we will definitely come back to her.

We loved our stay at Caspar En Martine's place! We felt right at home, and had everything we needed.

The house was very cozy and the size was perfect for 2 persons (would be also for 3 ). Beds were comfortable and there is also extra blankets available. Lucy was very friendly and offered also extra bed sheets when we asked for them. She responded always very quickly and is also a super sweet person. The house is located at peaceful area and the entrance is private, so it feels very safe. You can find supermarket and restaurants at walking distance. Free parking place is a little far (500-600 m) from the house, but it’s very easy to find. Thank you for hosting us!

This place has the wow factor. Beautiful Airbnb, well equipped, spacious, comfortable and a home from home. The most stunning location. A few issues on check in but Wayne sorted these out very quickly. Wayne was super helpful and friendly and helped us with directions to Brussels and Ghent.

An amazing find! Frans’ place is so unique and beautiful. The boat is a fun adventure and Frans did a great tutorial for me. They were both super flexible and accommodating, and their son too. The little cottage is gorgeous and perfect for what we needed. Got amazing sleep on the island so peaceful. Very easy parking setup too for my rental car. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
