Monthly Rentals in North Dallas

Stayed for 3 months with my wife and enjoyed every bit of it. Very quiet area/neighbors. The bed was comfortable and so was the couch. We used the pool only once but it was a nice way to cool off from the prolonged heat of Dallas. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials. The balcony receives plenty of light throughout the day. We didn’t use our assigned parking spot, as street parking was more convenient for us. We never experienced any negative from parking in the street. I worked remotely and never had any issues with the Internet. Any questions or concerns that we had about the unit, Innis would handle personally and quickly. If we ever visit Dallas again, we would choose this location again without a doubt. 5/5!

I had a great stay. I was here for an internship so I was gone most of the week however did work from home a handful of times and the wifi worked fine for me. John was responsive if I had any questions (which was rare). The location was also great, close to many things including 15 minutes from downtown.

Jennifer was a fantastic host. Smooth check in process. The place is one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Very well kept. Grocery store right across the street. Designated parking in front of front porch was very convenient. 5 star stay!

Great place to stay. Nice restaurants around. Only thing is my husband and I had to shower with Luke warm water the first couple nights because the shower handle was a little weird, but Ken helped us out.
