We absolutely loved our stay at Richard and Emma’s place. A complete escape and oasis, perfect for our holiday. The air bnb is so beautiful and relaxing with a beautiful view. It was also great to be inside the coastal national park and enjoy all that it had to offer.

We had a great 4 days at The Stables in late February 2025. The cottage is lovely - cosy with good decor and art, and a wood burner that heats up the whole place. As urban Londoners, we especially enjoyed watching the bullfinches on the bird feeder, and goats in a neighbouring field. Kay communicated brilliantly before and during our stay and gave us good instructions on how to get there plus lots of useful tips about places of interest and restaurants / cafes. Her books on circular walks were also brilliant for planning coastal walks - and the countryside / views are absolutely stunning. The cottage is remote and access may be hard for anyone without a car, but if you want a peaceful retreat, this fits the bill completely.

Ruth and Nick were great hosts! We have had a lovely long weekend staying here. It was so straightforward to find the bungalow and check in and out. The bungalow is really nicely decorated and furnished and the attention to detail is amazing. It was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you could need. We had a welcome basket left for our dogs which was a lovely gesture and a welcome pack for ourselves! The hot tub was a fabulous feature to have. There was lots of information available on the area and things to do. I would definitely recommend to stay here to anyone. We hope to be back in the warmer months to make good use of the garden and patio.
