We arrived at the apartment at dawn, and were very well received in the building's guardhouse, we entered the apartment with tranquility. Everything very practical and organized! I loved the cleaning and organization of the apartment. The leisure area of the building is wonderful! And the location very good tbm.. we eat at “Sabor da Rosinha”, we love it!

The listing corresponds perfectly with the reality of the accommodation, cozy apartment and the hosts are very attentive and respond with agility. The condominium offers a magnificent structure, all of the first quality, many common spaces for the family to enjoy. I hope to return soon.

Our stay at Daniel's house was great, clean and organized house, equipped with everything we needed. The condominium is very quiet, great for kids, close to the beach, very safe. Daniel was very attentive to what was requested. We really enjoyed it and we intend to return more often.

Daniel is an excellent Host, cordial, responds quickly and is flexible. Your space is organized and right at the beginning of Pirangi Praia. The building is very good and secure and the neighbors are friendly. Right in front has a bakery for emergency situations. It's well worth it, I'll come back more often.
